lost money, received no parts

I do not recommend ordering parts here. They charged my credit card twice, the same amount of money: 90usd when I placed the order in November, (order was being processed for over two months..) and another 90usd when they claimed they shipped the goods, in February.. Never received the goods, money not returned. 180 usd lost.

Dissapointed

I would not recommend this site to anyone needing a Ford Part!!!

On August 10th, I purchased a part that was essentially "dealer only" and paid for overnight FedEx shipping. The part was not delivered to my address, but somewhere else (because it was signed for by someone I do not know, and my wife was home waiting on it). I immediately contacted FedEx, but was told I would need to contact Ford directly due to their agreement.

I contacted Ford immediately, and the man I spoke to said he would contact FedEx to see if they could locate where the driver delivered the part to. At this time a case was opened. He asked if I could check with neighbors, and even told me they had problems with FedEx delivery parts to the dealership (instead of the address specified on the order). He asked me to contact the dealership (not sure why I am the one expected to track down the part within their company, but nonetheless I did). All my attempts to locate the part were futile. He claimed he would call me back shortly, but never did.

However, a day later I was able to purchase the part at the local dealership (Covert Fort in Austin Texas).

Sometime after the truck was fixed, I contacted FordParts.com to let them know I did not need the part any longer. The person I spoke to claimed they were waiting for someone to return to their desk, but after a while told me they would call me back. Nobody ever called me back.

I called again, trying to see if we could resolve this issue. The man I spoke to told me the part was in fact delivered to a dealership (not sure which one), but said he would need to follow up and call me back.... Once again, I did not receive a call back. This is when I got irritated.

I called again today... Yes, exactly 4 weeks after I purchased a part that was never delivered. The woman I spoke to was pleasant (not that any of the representatives were rude). However, she was unable to help me. I received the same runaround... My original case is up for review later this week, and if I wanted to wait, I would receive some updated information regarding this issue. WHAT! A month later and she wants me to wait a couple of days for an update on a part that FortParts.com already confirmed was not delivered to me?????? She said her department was unable to issue refunds. So I asked if I could have the number of what department is in charge of this, but she said there was not a contact number. REALLY?? Okay, so now I am aggravated, mad FordParts.com will not issue me a refund, so I ask to speak to a supervisor. No problem she tells me, she will put it in and a manager will contact me within 2 to 4 days. REALLY????? So there is not one person available to resolve issues?

I did receive a call back today from someone with FordParts.com. The guy told me that he just wanted to call me, but did not have new information regarding my refund.

WHY DOES IT TAKE OVER A MONTH TO GET A REFUND FOR A PART YOU KNOW I DID NOT RECIEVE????

I purchased 4 parts for my truck and lost the money

I purchased 4 parts for my truck, received 3 and the 4th was lost by FedEx. This was established by both Ford and I by March 16th. Since then, after Ford emailing me and telling me the issue would be resolved within 5 days or less, I've had to call at least 20 times, and each time I'm told someone will get back to me which they never do. Then I was forced to file a complaint with the BBB. Ford responds to the complaint by saying they recommend I "work" with their marketing representative who refused to even give me a time frame for my refund let alone an actual refund. These people will straight steal money from you then just ignore you. It has been well over a month with no end in sight. Stealing money from consumers during a pandemic which is straining everyone's income is disgusting and evil.
