I had some problems with my Bear2 device, but thanks to Tibor from customer service support team, after exchange of few emails, the issue was successfully solved, even though it all happened during the busy holiday season. Thanks to his very detailed and clear directions, his patience and excellent manners the whole process of the warranty claim, although a bit complicated at a first glance, turned out to be a great customer service experience.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and my products are still in transit. They were gifts that will never arrive on time. They never contacted to tell me about the delay, when I reached them they said it was sue to Christmas holidays and told me I would get them today which I won't. If I'm lucky I'll get them by the end of the week or even the week after which would be almost a month. This is an expensive luxury brand what would not even allow more than one offer when purchasing, so surely they get good money. My products were initially going to arrive 9 days ago. I do understand delays but this is far too much. Moreover, they just copy and paste messages and don't take any responsibility. Cheaper brands have offered me better options and even reimbursement. Really disappointing, surely I will never buy their products again

I ordered express shipping on a FOREO item to ensure that I would have it before going out of town. Before I purchased the item, the estimated delivery date advertised was Dec 31st. After I ordered the item, the estimated delivery date was pushed back to Jan 3rd. I didn’t receive the package on the Jan 3rd and no updates from FOREO. I checked the package tracking number and the estimated delivery date was Jan 8th - a full 8 extra days after the advertised “express” delivery date for domestic shipping.
I contacted customer service, and they claimed it was due to the shipper’s delays, but I placed an order with another company that uses the same shipper on the same day and that package is not delayed for over a week. I asked FOREO to contact the shipper to have the package returned since I won’t be in town to accept it but they will not. I do not appreciate the blatantly false advertising on delivery timing. I don’t recommend ordering from them. They don’t care about the inconvenience their false advertising causes customers. They are currently advertising an express delivery date of 1/6 for items ordered today, two days before the items that I ordered for “express” delivery item I ordered almost a week ago.

I received a product for Christmas, I like it. But it requires an app to work, and the app shows an add of 5 seconds before being able to skip. So everyday, I need to watch an ad to do my skin care???

I purchased an FAQ device directly from the Foreo website. Not long after receiving the product it stopped working properly. I requested a replacement or refund. They made it extremely difficult and said they would not refund a used product after 14 days under their company policy which is not legal. After many emails and knowing my rights as a consumer they finally agreed to refund. Appalling that I had to go to such lengths. Won’t ever buy another Foreo product due to the poor customer service experience I received.

This is my second time ordered LUNA from their website. I ordered it with an intention to send as a gift. It was also noted from the website that the product will be delivered prior to Christmas.
My first experience was great, it only took 2 days for me to get the item and it was back in March 2014. BUT the whole shipping situation this time is a disaster and I still not yet received it. I placed the order on 12/14/2025. And it only got shipped after I contacted with the costumer service on 12/17). It was then stucked at honkong airport for another 4 days. And yes, also get departured from HK right after I reached out to FOREO live support, complaining about the situation on 12/21/2025. It is now arrived at LA airport and no more update do another 2 days!
It is totally okay if they mentioned in the website that late delivery is expected due to busy holiday season; instead, they emphasized the product will be delivered before Christmas.
Plus, I don’t know why they chose to paterner with YUN express. The logistic company don’t even have a proper costumer support system!

Upon receipt of the FAQ202 parcel, I noted that the plastic seal was broken and encountered difficulties connecting the device to the application. I initially contacted online customer support, after which my case was escalated to a case manager, Lucija.
Following several email communications, the matter was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and understanding. The issue was ultimately resolved to my full satisfaction.
This experience has reinforced my confidence in Foreo and strengthened my trust in the company. As a long-standing customer who has purchased multiple Foreo devices, I remain confident in continuing my business relationship with Foreo.

Recently I got an issue with the eye serum order (i.e. too short expiry date - this is the first time I got this issue from Foreo). Lucija handled my case. She responded my enquiry very quick, that made the replacement process so smooth.
