I purchased an Espada from Beauty Bay that didn’t work, unfortunately they only do refunds rather than replacements, so I reached out to Foreo directly, the website and warranty process was easy and straight to the point!
I had exceptionally fast customer care from Tibor, who stayed responsive and sorted out my device fault with no issue! Over all really happy with the outcome, the replacement came within days.

I’ve been using FOREO devices for a while, and the UFO 2 has honestly been one of my favorite skincare tools — the combination of heat, cooling, LED light therapy, and T-Sonic pulsations makes my routine feel both effective and relaxing. I am a very satisfied user of the Foreo devices for many years. I maintained the FAQ Care Plus subscription continuously for 24 months because the app clearly advertised “FREE DEVICE UPGRADE AFTER 2 YEARS.”
The Terms & Conditions on their App (Section 7.1) also state that subscribers are eligible for “a free upgrade to another flagship FOREO or FAQ device” after 24 consecutive months.
Based on this wording, my understanding was that this benefit represents an actual upgrade to a different or higher-tier device, not receiving the identical model again. I kept paying the subscription for two full years specifically because of this promised upgrade feature.
When I claimed the reward, I was offered the same LED FAQ 202 Mask device instead of an upgraded version FAQ 202 Plus Mask. Customer support explained that the decision depends on internal policies and availability. However, the upgraded model FAQ 202 Plus Mask is still available for sale in their shop, which makes this explanation confusing.
From a customer perspective, offering the same device does not align with the term “upgrade” as described both in the app and in the Terms. If the reward may simply be the identical model again, this should be clearly and transparently stated.
I recommend future subscribers not rely on the device upgrade and consider my experience before you get the FOREO FAQ subscription.

I put an order in with Foreo three days ago and heard nothing but the payment was taken. I contacted customer services and told them this was for someone's special birthday present. They then emailed me back only to say that this should be sent in "the next few days" with no indication as to when it will be sent and by how long it will take. This is a premium item for a special occasion. Im now wishing i purchased elswhere. The Birthday will have passed and i will be on holidays for 10 days as well. Its put me off putting another order in
