I've been working with a Richard a little while now, he is warm, friendly and professional. He's very knowledgeable about property options and locations.

Richard was there to help me with a purchase in cleethorpes. His knowledge of the property market in this area filled me with confidence and was very reassuring that this was a great investment opportunity.
Once the purchase was complete Richard then took control of the renovation works that were required. I got regular updates and he was always available to answer any questions that I had.
I look forward to working with him in the future.
