Outstanding Customer Service!
The Forest Home team has outstanding customer service! After I received my beautiful Mobo Wall Lamps, one broke during installation (our fault!). And when I reached out to customer service, they were prompt in helping me reorder a replacement for the part that broke even though it was a discontinued color. I absolutely love the lights so it was such a relief that I could still have them in my home. They are so elegant and unique. I can’t wait to get my replacement so I have my complete pair!

Outstanding
The order was checked before it went into production to make sure we as a customer got the correct amount. It was so prompt in arriving, taking days rather than weeks and the quality is so high, it is stunning. It is definitely worth the cost.

When trying to place an order
When trying to place an order, it wouldn't allow us to move past the cart view to place our order. After trying several times, I reached out and received a link from support to place the order. It delayed our timeline and was very frustrating

However, we have proof that you've received an e-mail of order reception confirmation immediately after your order, and also you've received an email confirming we've processed your order 1 day after your order. Additionally, as clearly stated in our website the delivery time for your handmade to order products is 6-8 weeks.
We've started producing your lights as per your order date, and your approximate delivery will be Sept. 23.
We have emails from you on Sunday Aug 4, and they were replied 3 business days later. Normally, we reply within 24-48h. Kindly note, the responsible for Customer service is currently at half time as a post maternity leave, and emails might take slightly longer to respond, however we answer every communication.
We thank you for your kind consideration and I hope you can reconsider this evaluation to our small, value-driven and dedicated business which values our customers' wellbeing over all things.

Duty fees
Whilst the rug that I ordered was as described, there was hidden duties fees that were not made clear at check out and we received a bill of 53.34 from Fedex. I feel like this is extremely dishonest from ForestHomes and these fees should be made clear upon checkout instead of being hidden away on the website.

We're very honest about mentioning in every section about shipping, and even on every product page in large letters (not in small print) that custom fees are not included in the price and the customer should check locally about these charges.
We don't have a way of estimating duties for every location so this is why we don't charge extra for this with arbitrary prices as many other stores do. So basically you pay exactly what's fair.
I'm sorry it wasn't clear for you even though it is already mentioned on the website at many different stages of the purchase.
