Forest Ink has wonderful and punctual customer service on top of good quality clothing.

I ordered the Spinnerette Maxi Dress from them, but DHL ended up (supposedly) losing the package with them going radio silent on the package's status for over a month (I paid for express shipping btw), after weeks of calling DHL and getting nothing but automated responses, I contacted Forest Ink directly about it, they were quick to apologize and help out.

They tried to get in contact with DHL themselves or the Sorting Facility but got no response, they offered a refund but I wanted this dress as a gift for my partner, so instead they decided to order me a second dress for free using a different service (UPS) and it arrived in record time in excellent condition.

Highly Recommended.

I purchased the opium corset and opium vest and I was really happy with the quality. Shipping was fast and they fit perfect!

I've been a subscription box subscribers for the past two quarters. Both times the box has been significantly delayed, the size charts are way off from what you receive, customer support is slow to respond and doesn't adequately resolve the issues you're having. Overall not a great experience, but the pieces are SO expensive, you'd think they would dial this in a bit more.

When I wrote a negative review, it was shown nowhere, extremely shady practices.

They take forever to send out the product. I ordered a week ago and it's still hadn't been received by USPS and isn't even on the way yet. No date listed for delivery. Completely unacceptable for how much they charge. When you order blind boxes be prepared to get the unpopular ugly clothes and not the cute ones you typically see on the website. Also they overstock 4x but understock l/xl.

I have kind of a sweet and sour feeling about this company. The first time I purchased something from their website I had a quality issue and when I emailed them about it they got back to me very quickly and refunded me the full cost of the item and let me keep it which I thought was very nice of them. However, the second time I made a purchase I had the same issue the quality and fit wasn’t the best and I had to do a lot of mending and sewing to be able to wear the items. My third purchase has made me not want to shop with them anymore because their fabrics are inconsistent and their fit is inconsistent and their returns are a little iffy because you don’t get the full amount refunded, I believe the taxes aren’t refunded? Overall, I feel like their clothing is good for photos, but not good for actual wear. Some of the materials they use are really itchy or not very comfortable and others are buttery soft so it’s kind of mixed bag with what you’re getting from them. Their sizing is pretty inconsistent in my opinion as everything I have from them fits differently? I also believe they delete bad reviews off of their website which is very shady. I definitely don’t plan to shop here again which is unfortunate as it’s hard to find companies that carry cute plus size goth clothing.

This was my first order with Forest Ink and I'd heard good things. I was very impressed with them, and will definitely order more in the future. The fit, design, and quality of materials far exceeded my expectations.

They hide negative reviews, and "keep the tax" on refunds (which is illegal). Purchased a few things, most felt kinda cheap but were cute -- but the item I didn't like, I left a negative review for, which they just don't publish on their website.

I loved everything about my experiences with this company. They have beautiful and unique designs, use very high quality materials, and have excellent and prompt customer service. I loved my first order so much I joined the quarterly subscription box service as well.

For me, the most important thing to know about a company is what they do when they make a mistake. I ordered a dress from Forest Ink that had mistakenly been delivered in the wrong color. Their exchange procedures were clear and easy to find. When I alerted them of the mixup, i received a prompt email from a Beth with instructions on how to return and was informed that I would receive the correct outfit upon their receipt of the incorrect one. I returned the dress per their instructions and the correct one was delivered promptly and it looks gorgeous and fits perfectly! Will definitely be purchasing from Forest Ink in the future!

I've purchased a few times from them and will definitely continue to do so! Their velvet bloomers are super soft and stretchy just like most of their clothes. The prices are on the high side but I've always had a good experience with them an my items have withstanded all the washes perfectly :)

The clothing, itself, is super well-made, and stylish. I get complimented any time I wear one of their pieces. They used to be affordable, but just recently have gone way up in price. This is so unfortunate, because I love their clothing, but can no longer afford it. Other than that, though, they are amazing, have quality fabrics, ship fast, and have good customer service.

I absolutely loved my bloomers don't get me wrong, but if you have big boobs the tops won't fit you at all, I ordered my normal size of 2xl and the top doesn't even fit my shoulders nor a single breast. And they won't let me return the damn item because it was apparently on sell??

I have loved every piece I've ordered from Forest Ink over the last couple of years. Their styles are super cute and they're very comfortable. Some things are just a bit over my price range, but that could be something I aim for in the future.

The black m-line buckle skirt is just beautiful! I can't wait to wear it out, luvvly and soft and also flattering...I thought about this skirt day and night before finally buying it and I'm so happy I bought it ❤️I'm a UK size 14 and bought the large, it's very roomy👍🏻also, I'm five foot and it's long but great with my platform boots
Beware of companies ripping off forest ink's design.
Edited: Also be aware that this item is 90% polyester (plastic) and is made in China. So I'm marking them down. Very disappointed.

Sizing is in womens sizes! Not juniors! What a RELIEF. Sizing is accurate and clothes are quality. Pre orders seem to take some time and sometimes get pushed back, but its worth the wait!
