Forestside Cookery School has been open 10 years. This was my 20th cookery class, Persian style food at home. Chef Jeffers is a great teacher and we always have lots of banter. The food we make in the classes is amazing and chef makes you feel confident in recreating the dishes at home. I highly recommend you try a class. There are plenty to choose from
