Brilliant company
Used Forest Spa recently to purchase our hard shell hot tub. Went to other supplies as well but returned to Forest Spa as the sales team were honest and not pushy at all. The installation of our Mercury hot tub with the use of a crane that they sorted went really smoothly. A great team would highly recommend them.

There are so many hot tub companies out…
There are so many hot tub companies out there at the moment and a lot seem to promise the world to you. We didn’t know if we should go with an online company as they seemed slightly cheaper but we’re so happy we decided to go with Forest Spas.
After a few visits to other places and several phone calls to online companies we seemed to be getting up sold at every turn. We wanted a hard shell hot tub but a plug and play as we felt we didn’t need the higher amp ones, everyone told us they were useless and to buy their much more expensive versions. Forest Spas were amazing, from the moment we walked into their door they listened and asked questions before making their recommendations.
Without us even saying it they recommended a plug and play x500 model. It was reasonably priced and although we’ve only had it a couple of weeks we love it, the jets are plenty powerful enough (if you put all the air on one side it lifts you from your seat) and it looks very smart.
Overall a great experience in dealing with Forest Spas.
