Doesn't cover lost or stolen packages! Also doesn't require a signature for orders even if they're worth $1000. My order was $548 without shipping insurance or signature required.
They advisede to dispute with credit card issuer. Flabbergasted.

Iv'e ordered here several times and always received my clothes in right time, in good quality and in the right sizes, strongly recommend the store🙏

It’s been over two months and still haven’t received anything and they never even sent me an email confirmation after I purchased. Also on their website it says shipping only takes a short time, at least be real about it and say we drop ship it’s gonna be a while so don’t get ur hopes up. Also customer service is garbage

I love love love forever21! Inexpensive clothing that super cute and in fashion. Never had any issues with them in the five years I’ve been purchasing from them.

Order process good and quick but unable to access the return site. It does not recognise the order number and post code. We have emailed twice asking what we need to do and no one has replied. Not very good customer service.

Amazing! I ordered 3 gorgeous summer dresses and they have came looking just like the picture on the website and are amazing quality. They are all lined and thick so you can tell they are not made from cheap fabric, definitely worth the money! I ordered them on the 22nd May and was told they would arrive on the 1st June and that's exactly what happened. Super pleased. I wore one Monday and had so many comments on where it was from!

Forever 21 is one of my favorite stores! Their clothes are cheap, yet stylish and fit well. At the mall or online it’s a must go to! They also have very cute jewelry, I recently bought a 3-piece necklace set from the online store and it shipped moderately fast and looked as perfect as it did on the website! My friends and I always shop there, (I’m 13, so maybe it’s just great for teens), and we are always happy with our purchases. The only regret I have from this store was not buying this adorable shirt, that then left stock.

DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered December 1st it is currently December 14th and NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!! It still says that my ORDER IS NEW!! The chat doesn’t work it disconnects once you get to the front of the line! If you try to call you have to wait at least 45 minutes! Don’t make the same mistake I did. DON’T BUY PLZ, customer service is terrible you would have a better chance at buying Gucci for a 1$ then getting a hold of these people.

I made 2 orders through the company... I made one on Sunday and the other one Monday morning... neither one of them has shipped yet it is still showing that it is new. I have placed an order the same day with a different company and my item is already arriving today... this is horrible i would have never expected this... I have a trip coming up and I have no update the chat is horrible they already disconnect when you get to 4!

Quality of material sucks return policy sucks stick to the jeans the best items they sale the models make the clothes look awesome in person that's another story

Ordered on 20 August have still not received the goods. Emails and calls are followed by promises but no action, it is shockingly bad service!

Where is my order or where is my money??? You have taken the money out of my account but you haven’t even shipped my order yet it says it’s still “new” and I payed the order on 08/31/19. So give me my money back.

Ordered online from them and waited a week for standard postage. When I arrived to my pickup point the item had never actually been delivered despite receiving confirmation that it was.
Long story short, Forever21 customer service is happy to email back and forth with you about an issue as long as THEY DONT HAVE TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING in terms of refunding/replacing items. It's been two weeks, still trying to get my parcel or my money.

The clothes are nice I cannot complain about it especially if the price is so low, if you check the size properly you won’t have major problems,the delivery is good not too fast though, so don’t order if you are in a hurry. They take too long to process the orders, they have taken 5 days to process mine. customers service is not good enough , they sent me confirmation for my order and delivery tracking number, which was wrong so I could never track my order, as soon as I notice the mistake( same day they sent my package) I wrote to customer service and they took a week to reply, AFTER my package had arrived to my home. Luckily that day I was at home which I’m usually not at that time of the day. Although the delivery has been great, no missing parcels, and on time.

I do not agree w/ all these bad reviews.
I've ordered different items (dresses, trousers, lingeries, shoes, sunglasses, ecc...) and they exactly match website's photos and descriptions.
I've chosen express shipping and I've received my order after ONLY 2 days!
no missing, wrong, or damaged items.
I have to return 2 items, because they fit badly on my body, then I'll review also this experience.

I don't care what other people write, I like Forever21!

I came into Forever 21 Liverpool (UK) and was appalled to hear a member of staff ( white male staff member wearing glasses ) name one of their colleagues “thingy” when asked to complete a task. I could tell from the girls expression she looked uncomfortable and felt belittled. It came across that he may have been higher up, possibly management from his stance. Afterwards I went down to purchase an item and the lady who was serving me (blonde, American accent) came across very stressed and pushy and was more interested in getting through the queue of customers rather than delivering good customer service. Probably wont be returning.

Placed an order online which was received within a week, online process and delivery was fine. However, one item I returned as it didn’t not fit properly. Sent back via the UPS return option, dropped it off on a Friday, it had reached forever21 on the Monday. 2 weeks later, still no confirmation to say it had been received. After emailing them I have been told it has not even been processed yet and could take another 2-3 weeks. I was also unaware that there is a £2.50 return price that has to be paid for all online orders, so when I eventually get my refund, it will be minus this amount. Personally I find it ridiculous that a refund has to take so long and that the refund policy is NOT clearly stated in any order confirmation or paperwork that comes with the order. I only found this out after looking on their website. Quick enough to take payment, lacking in speed with any refunds. Fingers crossed I will see this money back at some point. I will not be ordering again, purely because of the returns policy

Purchased a next day delivery order, over £40 and £9.00 delivery. This was 5 days ago. Parcel is apparently in the Netherlands now, shipped from the uk,,, where might I add I wanted it delivered too. Taken my money, ignoring my emails. Poor service , will not use again, or recommend. Ripped off.

I placed My first order with Forever 21 after debating wether a 3x would be true to a UK size 24; I am Very happy with the results.

In fact some items came up much bigger than I expected. I will definitely be buying from Forever 21 again.
