Excellent service & product!
Choosing a doll and ordering her was easy on this website. My order was promptly sent & a tracking link was included in their email. Unfortunately Australia Post let me down, so the doll arrived after the date I needed it by.
When she did arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic quality! My granddaughter loves her!
There was an issue with a shoe, but after 1 email, new shoes were sent promptly. Emma was amazing & caring to deal with.
I would most certainly deal with this company again!
