Will take your money and never ship order.

I first contacted the owner on instagram and inquired about the wig I was interested in. I asked if I paid for overnight shipping how long would it take, and also asked if I would be able to receive the unit in time for my birthday on August 30th. Once we realized it would not make it in time for my birthday due to it being last minute order, she assured me that if I ordered within the next day she could get my hair to me within 1-3 days. I paid $38 for overnight shipping on her website, then she informed me a rush fee to make/construct the wig was also needed which was an additional $62, which I paid to her through Zelle, making the total I paid for rush service $100. She told me that she would order the hair from her vendor since she didn’t have it on hand, and that she would make the wig in one day once it got there, then ship it out to me, in which she said should take about a day or two. Over that weekend on the 1st of September, I inquired again about the order to which she told me the package had been held in North Carolina for the weekend and she would be receiving it after Labor Day. She also has not provided me of any proof of the package being held by the post office which was her excuse for the delay. Her communication has also always been extremely poor, with me having to constantly inquire about my order with little to no clarity of where my order is and when it will get to me. The last communication we had was last Wednesday on the 4th of September where she promised to send me back the extra fee I paid for the rushed service since she was now sending the hair with standard shipping. She has not returned my $100 rush delivery fee, and has not returned any of my messages since then. I have sent her multiple messages asking about my order which have gone unanswered. The last and only email she replied to was me claiming that she was at the hospital with her sister who was having a medical emergency after labor, which I now believe to be another lie to cover up her shady business dealings. I told her either send out my hair with an update or refund me and she stopped answering. At this point I am extremely aggravated and want a full refund plus the $62 I sent to her through Zelle for the rush service I never received. I had a hair appointment that I had booked which I paid a deposit on that I had to miss due to her fraudulent business practices. I have events and trips I need to be ready for that are now in jeopardy due to this situation. This hair was expensive I don’t have $700 to just throw around and waste. She deletes comments so new buyers won't see that she doesn't shipper products. Avoid this company at all costs. I have all documents to support my claims. From the many unanswered Dm's and emails, to my rush shipping fee receipts, and all the comments she deleted of me asking about my order. The tracking number was printed on September 7th why is it September 16th and I still haven't heard from her? I placed my order on the 26th of August. This is such disgusting behavior from a "business owner". UPDATE: She sent me screenshots proving my order was archived and she was not actively working on shipping it out. The same day I filed a chargeback was the same day she resisted the wig with advertisements of 3 day shipping. She was also very unapologetic or concerned for major the inconvenience she caused her customer.
