This company is a total scam. Was walking through The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and was accosted by this guy with high-pressure sell tactics. The guy first told me the under-eye collagen was $400. I laughed. He then said $200. I still laughed. He then said $100 and I actually gave him my credit card just to get him to go away. I then immediately called MasterCard and had the charge reversed. And of course I kept the garbage product. Don’t walk….RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I absolutely LOVE the White Diamonds Line of Forever Flawless. I have ordered over the years with no issues. This year was the first time I had to call into Customer Service with a delivery issue. “Bill” listened to my situation and within one day had everything handled and resolved. So professional and helpful. I will always recommend Forever Flawless. Quality products and Excellent Customer Service.

The company has a “bait and switch” approach. I ordered a certain product and they sent me something that appeared to be the same, but wasn’t. I got in touch with them and they acknowledged that I had ordered from them, but they didn’t stand by their switched product, they said I must have ordered it from another website using their name. Not true. I have documentation that it came from them!! I have my receipt!!

I am very disappointed, because the product does not perform as it was advertised. I have been using your
Perfecto X for 4 years at which time a purchased the
Eye wrinkle reducer cream, which worked great.
The new product is not as good as a product I bought
from another Company for a friction of your price.

FAKE REVIEWS!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!! The positive reviews are FAKE!! These products DO NOT work and the company workers use high pressure sales profiling US customers on vacation!! Not too mention all the law suits. If you search online you can find the FBI investigations on Forever Flawless, Avologi & Dead Sea Minerals...

I came across the product a few years ago when a friend and I were at West Edmonton Mall. She stopped for a sample and I'm the one somehow ended up making a purchase. It's inconvenient for me to go to the store, so I ordered online where there was a sale so perfect timing on my end. My one issue was since I live in Canda and you can only order through the American site, It's a hassle to get it across the border. Fedex is the shipper and they hold it until you sign off on it, and then you have to pay customs on it as well
