I bought my ring in 2022 but after losing weight it needed to be completely recast. Amy did it for a very affordable price and my ring was returned looking perfect. Communication is not great (especially on WhatsApp, I got a better response via Etsy App) but I trusted that my ring was in good hands and it was recast and returned quickly.

I have made many purchases with Amy and I love the quality of it all! I would totally recommend this stores to my friends - and I have! Many of them have already made a unique, customized and beautiful piece of jewelry with Amy.

I originally bought my ring in December 2023. It was a custom design and was beautifully executed.

Earlier this year, the diamond fell out. I sent a picture over Etsy and Amy said she could fix it so I sent it to them. I did have to message for updates but I got a response and my ring was fixed in no time. I only had to pay for delivery.

Amy fixed the main stone and replaced one of the smaller stones that had gotten lost. My ring was shipped promptly and it’s shiny and lovely like it’s brand new.

I can see the care and patience taken to fix and return my ring and I’m really grateful for my experience with Amy.

Awful customer service. My ring had broken about 2 weeks after receiving it and they agreed to fix it and send it back. The problem was they left me in the dark after I sent the ring back and took upwards of a week to answer back on the status of the ring. With my wedding fast approaching without a ring and no response me and my wife grew increasingly anxious and had to beg Etsy for help with this. The timeline was one thing I wouldn’t be mad at if there was clear and concise updates when I asked for them. Not even expecting an answer daily, but updates should be given more regularly.

Update: 15 minutes after I left this review I received a message from them (incredibly fast all of a sudden they know how to answer messages!) saying I wasn’t being nice and should edit my review but still did not address any of my complaints. She complained about tariffs and Trump making the time to fix my ring take longer but completely missed the part about the lack of communication being the main issue I had with the customer service. She had plenty of excuses all of sudden, but all things I was not told in the moment. A customer shouldn’t have to beg for weeks at a time for an update on something they were told would take 2 weeks… shameful

Bought this as an engagement ring. It fell apart within the year. For something meant to last a lifetime, the quality is completely unacceptable. Hugely disappointing would not recommend. They offered to fix it. For a fee of course.

I purchased a ring in February, the prongs that hold the center diamond in place snapped off randomly a few months later in the summer, so since then ive been trying to get into contact with them or 'amy' to arrange a repair or replacement and their customer support is next to non-existent. For months ive tried to get this fixed by messaging on etsy and they replied after 1 month telling me to contact them on whatsapp, so i did...
for weeks ive been messaging their whatsapp ''hello?'' to which they either: dont reply so i message ''hello?'' again the week after or theyll say hey sorry ill get back to you tomorrow and they never do

Upon this situation im in i did some research and found that LOADS of people have had the same issue of stones falling out/bits breaking and FFL/'amy' not responding or offering any support or communication, its insane.

DO YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

If you go on google and search foreverforlove reviews by real people on reddit, not bots, you'll see almost everyone has encountered this issue with them, I really wouldn't risk this if its a super important ring like an engagement or wedding band.

I'm now moving to dispute the transaction or taking it to small claims because the warranty runs out in a few weeks.

If FFL or 'AMY' actually decide to get in contact with me and help me with my issue then i'll happily remove my reviews around the internet but as of right now... No. People deserve to know the risks.

I’m not giving it less than a three because I’m hoping when I finally do get the ring it’s as advertised but the experience so far with shipping and customer service and lack of communication has been terrible. I was told on two separate occasions there was videos and pictures that I would be receiving. And then was contacted and they contacted me using the wrong name telling me my stuff was shipped so then I asked to see the videos and pictures I was told on two separate occasions I was going to get because now I’m nervous that they’re sending me the wrong stuff and they replied with “forgot to take pics, but if there’s an issue when you receive it, just reach out”

Also, Amy helped us because the ring was gold, not white gold as previously ordered. They took it back and fixed the issue. You can actually trust these guys when the unexpected happens! We are thrilled with the way they have handled the situation, and love the product. They provide a massive savings. The ring we bought for roughly $1,100 would normally go for $7,000+ in some jewelry stores.

Wonderful customer service!! I ordered a 3carat and decided I wanted something bigger and in solid gold. They made the exchange super easy and communicated with me the entire time!! I have now had three ring made by them. The first in 2020 (still looks an amazing). The price and quality is amazing. They have amazing customer service and will answer any questions or concerns. They will walk you through your design and make your dream ring. I am very happy with all of my rings. They also throw in a free gift of erring for being a returning customer. I highly recommend them and will be back to get more :)
