I wanted to write a review because I had placed an order for 5 candles. When they arrived 3 were broken.I contacted the company and explained what happened along with the pictures of.the broken in the box. They responded quickly on gave me 3 options. I decided to replace the candles. I told them they need better packaging. I was so worried I'd get broken candles again. My replacements arrived yesterday. Perfectly protected, improved packaging. No broken candles. I was so happy. I appreciated the constant communication I received. This was what made my decision to try replacement. These candles are awesome and the scents are very fragrant compared to others I received. I'm very happy with the handling of my situation.

I am a repeat customer, and I highly recommend this company and these candles! My mom has a love for candles with diamonds in them, and this is the best company that provides them that I have found. Not only are the diamonds packaged and easy to retrieve— they also smell amazing! My mom and I are buying them now just for the awesome scents. I’ve given a few as gifts, and they are a hit. Best of all, the one time I needed customer service, they reached out so fast that I thought it was a mistake. This isn’t an AI review and I was not coerced in any way to do this— I just want to give this great company a boost, because it is deserved!

I ordered candles for Christmas gifts. My daughter finally got to the vial in her candle, however, when she opened it there was nothing in it. I reached out to customer service and received an immediate response. They were so thoughtful and helpful. They are sending me a “diamond gift” in the mail to make up for the missing gem.
I am very pleased with their efficiency and care into this matter. I will certainly purchase again. BTW, the candle smelled delightful. Alaskan Diamond.

They have a pretty good selection of candles to choose from. This was my first time ordering from forever wick candle. It took a little bit to get the candle after it was shipped. The candle smells good. The packaging isn't what I expected from the advertising I seen. The candle showed up in a brown box no top on the candle and just wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall my wife is happy with the candle and that's all that matters to me. I will order again and recommend.

Wow talk about scents.. these candles actually smell great while burning, and the added bonus of some gems. FW even listens and responds when you contact them. I contacted them about the bottle for the gems leaking and filling with wax because of loose lids and on my next batch a candles they had changed the lid to be a cork that if it gets wax on it would just help seal it closed

My experience has been great with the 3 candles I've purchased from y'all. 1st one was the calm& destress. Then sit on my face and now I'm getting the outlaw essence in the mail soon. I've sold both of the diamonds that were in these 2 candles. I got almost 50 bucks for both of them combined. So I'm hoping this next candle is a bigger stone. I use to run a cash for gold and silver business with my buddy. In 2010 to 2014. And gold was only around 3k per oz. Plus I had friends that taught me how to identify real diamonds. Even when they were only .035 carat to .50 carat. To identify a real diamond you flip it over in its top and run the stone over a black line I had drawn. If you can't see the line thru the stone. It's a real diamond. If you can see the line, it's not a diamond... My 1st check I got was for $916 with a bunch of little stones.

While they are a bit gimmicky and misleading, the candles do smell good and are of decent quality. The main reason for the low score is the cost. The candles (and the diamond inside them) are not worth the $100 price tag. Neither are that high quality. The only time to get one is when it is on super sale and you can score a candle for around $20 bucks. Even $40 is too much for these things.

I had a slight shipping issue and when I reached out to foreverwick about this they looked into my issue and sent me a message back very quickly and confirmed my order and shipping date I was impressed with the service and response time

I purchased my first candle not really believing it was true. I have since purchased many since. Not only do the candles smell great the gems are beautiful. I have ran into a few issues such as a broken candle, a missing diamond and vials that had excess wax in them. The customer service has been exceptional! Not only do you interact with a real person they are kind and understanding as well. That is refreshing and something the retail world is missing these days. The issues I have had were resolved quickly, also something that is missing these days. The happiness I get from the candles and the confidence that the customer service is not judgmental and kind will keep me buying from Foreverwick Candles for myself and as gifts. My next purchase will be to try the perfumes! I am excited to see how this company grows and hope they keep the standard they have set.

They have great products and excellent customer service! Even though it was my mistake they quickly addressed the problem and accommodated the corrective action!
