Honestly never used the indicators. Not bec i didnt want to but bec i had difficulties understanding them. FXAN has changed the game. I have never in my life see so many people talk about how great something is, obviously bec ofthe free accounts they give out(lol) but besides that, they've been good. They even compensate where other propfirms fall short. That's how you know they're good .

The €275 charge you mention is the subscription fee that applies 7 days after purchasing challenge bundles and 10 days after using the spin feature. This information is clearly outlined on each promotion page, in the FAQ sections, and in our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when making the purchase. We take such accusations very seriously, especially since we made sure to clearly highlight that each purchase is tied to a subscription that can be canceled anytime through your FXAN dashboard. We have provided all information and details as transparently as possible. The situation was due to a lack of due diligence on your part, so your review is false and unjust.

Fraud
Update: the company is blatantly lying in their response to this review and relying on the fact that o cannot upload images on here. I have the email and screenshots on their website where in my purchase it was explicitly said I have one week access to the algorithms, and there was absolutely no disclaimer about a reoccurring payment. They haven’t replied to my emails but suddenly they reply to this review? F off.
Initial review: I paid for 2 challenges from them, advertised as having access to their algorithms for one week included. I haven’t received access to their algorithms and they haven’t responded to my email. On top of this they’ve tried to withdraw 275€ from my account out of a sudden with no permission from the same card I used to pay the challenges!! Can you imagine? What a fraudulos company. Be cautious with them guys!

Currently, you receive the prop firm challenge and 1-week access to our educational tools to familiarize yourself with them before deciding on a monthly subscription. The automatic renewal policy is clearly stated on the promotion page, in the FAQ section, and in our terms and conditions. This means you were properly informed about the renewal. We strive to be as transparent as possible to avoid surprises. However, if customers do not take the time to do their own due diligence, there is little we can do in those cases.
