I am satisfied with the trading conditions in the company, but there are nuances that I do not like.
I have used both local bank transfer and Advanced cash to fund my account with Fxchief. I also used Advanced Cash for withdrawals.
Last week I requested a withdrawal and was denied. They said I had to use a local bank transfer. What is the point of having different withdrawal methods if you can't use them? The Advanced Cash account I requested a withdrawal from was exactly the one I used for the previous deposit.

I recently registered an account with them and submitted my details for the identity verification and I received a mail later saying my verification status has changed and that I should login to my personal area to confirm but when I tried to login, I got a notification saying I have denied access to my account with no explanation whatsoever and that I should contact their compliance team via email. I did contact them but I didn't receive a reply and I still can't log into my account.

So I received an email from them after posting my review saying I've been given access to my account and when I went to confirm, it was true. So far everything seems good and I'm hoping it stays that way. I just think their responses to email complaints should be fast as it is really slow and that doesn't help at all. Will write a review on my experience with them later on. Hopefully it will be a good review.

Well after I gained access to my account again, I tried to claim the no deposit bonus offered by the broker but it was not possible. I contacted their customer support and I was sent a link to create a ticket. I created a ticket, stating my complaints and how they can solve it. I later received a reply saying I'm trying to cheat my way into getting a no deposit bonus and that someone very similar to me had already registered an account. So now I'm been told that I'm stealing my own identity and that's real funny. You see it's okay if you won't give me the no deposit bonus but publicly calling a cheat and a liar for something I haven't done is where I draw the line. I didn't get why there were other reviews saying they're a scam broker but now I actually do.

I am happy I found this broker that offers mt5 as well. My previous broker was a huge disappointment. Too many interruptions and made trading very risky. It was very difficult to close my position whenever I want to. Someone pointed me to Forexchief recently and I am happy I took it up. My mt5 now works perfectly, especially order execution.
