Two months review red light therapy…
Two months review red light therapy blanket:
—As close to legal steroids as it gets—
Have been using the red light therapy blanket for the last month pretty regularly. Use it about 3 to 5 times a week.
Have done a test period for about a week and a half where I have gone without using it and definitely feel the difference.
My main use case for this is either for quick power nap after work (20-45 minutes) or in the evening close to bedtime.
Really like this for two reasons:
-Makes me fall asleep very quickly. In less than 5 minutes and sometimes 2 minutes only!
-Makes me feel more restored and energised than a regular nap. I usually hit the gym after using the blanket and really notice a difference on my lifts, this has been further proved with the no use period I mentioned before.
In case I use it before bed, it’s also great because it makes me super relaxed and I’ve recorded my best nights of sleep ever while using it this way.
Overall very satisfied, feels like premium construction, delivers on it’s promises, it’s convenient, portable and, most importantly for me: hassle free. Plug in, get in, recover. As easy as it gets.

I’ve been using the Forge blue light glasses for a while now, and they really make a difference. My eyes feel more relaxed straight away, and I fall asleep faster after evening screen time. Such a simple change, but it’s improved my evenings a lot.
