The knobs that I ordered, are flawless and they look lovely!

I got my package so much faster then expected and how it turned out amazingly, made me so happy! This was something that has been floating around in my head for months and this shop made it a reality. I couldn’t be more excited 😍

My experience with Forge Hardware was exceptional. I was wary of buying cabinet hardware online and unseen but Camila was very responsive in answering my questions and addressing my issues.

I looked for months before finding Forge. My hardware aririved promptly and well packaged. I am obsessed with this hardware and it is excellent quality and make me so happy!

For the price, these handles are a good value. The finish wasn't quite what I expected and there were a few small ships on them. Its more of a painted and glossy coated finish. I think they could be packaged better for shipping to avoid damage. I did not return because I may try to touch up and these were just for my home office Ikea cabinets.

Decided to order from the actual website instead of Etsy, as the website offered free shipping (awesome cause saving some $ on shipping is always a plus in my book). Found the beautful geo hexagon knobs and knew that they were what we needed in our kitchen reno on our new house - they're beautiful in person and look great on our charcoal gray cabinets. Only downfalls...I received a shipping notice/tracking number about 2 weeks after my order and was super excited to have them en route to us so we can get them installed. Kept checking daily...and said that it hadn't been shipped and there was no further information available. I used the only contact method listed for help on their website, which was the email. A week goes by and no response, and my goods still have not been shipped out according to the tracking number provided - I had emailed twice by this time. I email again, as I just wanted my money back at this point if I wasn't going to get the product. Someone finally answered me after 2 weeks of receiving the tracking number stating they shipped my order out a few days ago and they'd file a claim with the carrier. Next day, i checked and sure enough my goods were en route to me. I'm thinking that someone made the label and didn't actually deliver to USPS. Got the knobs finally and they were perfect - only complaint there is I wish they'd list which size drill bit to use on their website/etsy or even include in the shipment. We did a trial and error on extra scrap wood we had around the house.

*in addition after receiving a reply from the company. It's a review, which is based solely on my experience and is a method of praise or constructive criticism to make your company better. My biggest issues is the customer service and follow-up. It took multiple emails to get a response. Ordered July 19th, received confirmation July 20th that a shipment was heading my way and shipping. Checked within the first week and no updated information was provided about the shipment. I sent my last email 9 days after order was originally placed trying to see where it was (July 28th), and didn't receive a reponse until July 30th acknowledging my email and confirming that a shipment went out days before. July 31st received another email that my order was en route to me - i appreciated the quick reaction after realizing my order had not, indeed, shipped. That's almost 2 weeks from the order date, not 4-8. Stuff happens, I get it, just take your reviews in stride.

I have ordered from Forge Hardware Studio twice and loved the drawer pulls both times. Shipping was fairly quick even tho I my second order was placed just before a major hurricane hit Miami. Thank you for the beautiful high quality drawer pulls.

Ordering and shipping was straightforward and timely. I was disappointed by the quality of the furniture leg/foot. The metal foot was sloppily painted and doesnt appear to be sturdy. Also, the return policy isn't convenient at all and definitely in their favor.

I won't order from them or recommend in the future. The quality is just not what I expected.

I love the hardware but unfortunately they do not respond to email. Was missing one knob. Emailed 3 times. No response. Ended up just buying another one. My order was small, can't imagine having a large order and no customer service. Sadly I Wouldn't recommend....just because of the lack

It took 52 days to receive my handles. 52 days-- that is over two months of me having to follow up to see the status of my items. Please re-read her emails to me and USPS tracking. You'll understand why she received a 1 star.

Ordering online and from Australia there's always a nagging doubt that the items ordered won't be quite as they appeared. Happily our experience was a very positive one and the handles we bought look great. Friendly and instant response to my questions before we ordered and very rapid delivery, 7 days from Florida to Sydney. Altogether a very good experience and I'd strongly recommend Forge Hardware Studio

I can't say enough good things about Forge hardware studio. The copper cabinet pulls I ordered are gorgeous. Well worth the money spent. They really pop on my Navy cabinets. Very prompt with shipping, I received my order in just 4 days. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Shipping was extremely fast and the hardware is exactly as described. Great experience!
