Great and engaging course

The course was really well run, Rosie made the content very engaging and the mix of practical and theory throughout the day worked really well.
Would recommend Forget Me Not First Aid for training.

Brilliant course

Rosie was really effective at teaching us first aid. She went at our pace and didn't try to rush us at all. We all feel so much more confident that we will know what to do in an emergency, as well as thinking about what we need to put in place for our new CIC.

Excellent Level 3 Emergency First Aid…

Excellent Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course in Bexleyheath today with Rosie as our trainer.

Rosie delivered the training in an engaging, insightful, and professional manner. The course struck a strong balance between theory and practical learning. The content felt clear, relevant, and easy to apply in real life situations.

I left the training with greater confidence in my ability to act as a first aider, stabilise an emergency situation, and help preserve life until further medical support arrives.

A valuable course delivered to a high standard. Thank you, Rosie, for creating a supportive learning environment and making important skills feel accessible and memorable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience

Absolutely amazing experience! I learnt so much and feel so much more confident to do first aid now. Very grateful the teacher (Rosie) was very informative and really knew her stuff. She explained things in plain English without being condescending and I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Forget Me Not First Aid and will be telling anybody I know all about their great service.

I’ve done plenty of first aid courses

I’ve done plenty of first aid courses, and this was BY FAR the best. Rosie was fantastic - knowledgeable, engaging, and made everything easy to understand. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10.

Highly recommend 🌟

As a professional nanny who has worked within childcare for 15 years I have completed several first aid courses and I have never enjoyed one as much as this group.

I recently attended a first aid class and had a really positive experience. The instructor was friendly and instantly put me at ease!

The class was well-structured, with a great balance between theory and hands-on practice. I especially appreciated the practical exercises, as they made it much easier to remember what to do in real-life situations. The pace was just right—not too rushed, but never boring.

I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn essential first aid skills in a supportive and engaging environment and will personally use them again for my next first aid training.

First aid course that wasn't as scary as I thought!

A really fun course delivered by Heather and Rosie! I was really nervous and have always worried about having to do first aid but they put me at ease really early on and happily answered all the questions I had. A great mix of visual and practical learning and now I feel much more confident! Although I hope I never have to put into practise what I learnt, I am so glad I am now able to be of help if needed!
