At such a sad time, it is easy to make mistakes as your thoughts are elsewhere, so I called Paul after making my order of service and we went through a few changes, nothing was to much trouble and I felt that this important program was in good hands, Paul even checked with Royal Mail that the delivery was as planned.
I was very pleased with the order of service, quality print and paper, and a very fitting design.

There are many similar companies to choose from, but I can’t tell you how delighted I am that I chose this one. Although I agree with a previous reviewer that the website can seem “clunky” at times please persevere as the end results are so worth it. Both Paul and Linzi helped me through it and made good suggestions and amendments all of which resulted in an extremely professional and beautifully created Order of Service that my dear mum would have been so proud of. The inner pages are of card quality (not paper) and beautifully inlaid with a discreet pattern which adds to the overall professional appearance, The quality of the inks used is also obvious in both the print and the photos I selected. I am still bewildered as to how they were able to turn my order around in such a quick time. Once the draft was finally agreed, the Orders arrived perfectly packaged the very next day! Sadly, I have no doubt that I will probably need their services again in the future and I will have no hesitation whatsoever. I cannot recommend their service highly enough especially at a time when you need things done quickly, professionally and, above all, with respectful care and attention.

Excellent service easy to use perfect results.

Service was prompt and professional. I had placed a large order of 250 order of service programmes. We are a large family so had to order a sample and then have meetings with family members to decide. Paul was excellent and very patient. Service was very friendly and professional. As soon as confirmation was sent, order was delivered the next day. Photos were spot on. Will definitely use forget me not memorials again. Hopefully, not too soon though.

The cards were ordered for my Grandad's funeral, and I couldn't be happier with forgetmenot. The website was easy to navigate, and if you want to go back and tweak the design, you can save for later to add extras in.
The quality of the cards was excellent, and they were delivered so fast.

Easy to use website and quick receipt

The service was outstanding I was ordering order of services for my dads funeral so we didn’t have lots of time and as I’m disabled and have problems with my postman not giving me enough time to get to the door after explaining this to the staff and offering to get have some one pick them up instead of posting them and they offered to hand deliver them at an agreed time and date which made an already stressful time easier for me. The quality of the products was outstanding and everybody commented on how they’d never seen order of services done better.

Excellent service. Sadly had reason to use company for Order of Service twice in the same year. But so very pleased with quality of product and customer service in both occasions.

Chose this from several online suppliers and was not disappointed. The software was very easy to use and manipulate according to requirements. Ordered on Monday and arrived Wednesday so no fretting that they wouldn't arrive in time for my mum's funeral. The printing was excellent and on very nice card. Top marks!
