Hers was able to understand my needs for weightloss. They took care with the medication I needed, and so far, it has worked for me, I've lost over 20 pds, since October. I have follow ups, I can ask questions when I have concerns and a professional will follow up with me in a timely manner. The HERS app is also great to use.

Appreciate the instructions included in the package on how to use my product, and the follow up by Hers asking how I was doing using the product.

Be very careful when deciding to go with HERS to achieve your weight loss goals. I signed up yesterday and quickly paid the $39 membership fee and was ultimately denied the preferred medication I was seeking. I am not interested in the oral medication or the brand name medications due to the high costs. I requested the compounded version of tirzepatide but was denied. I requested a refund for the $39 membership fee immediately but was also denied. I find the practice of charging a patient a fee before they even know if they are a candidate to be unethical and unlawful. They set it up in a way that you are so excited to possibly get on a weight loss drug and the sense of urgency that they present the membership fee (like it’s a deal so you better hurry and enter your credit card info) is really a predatory form of manipulation. Being a woman who is in a vulnerable position and really wants to lose weight and then being denied but also losing money for a “membership fee” has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will tell anyone who mentions HERS as a potential source for weight loss to run. This company is unethical and feeding on a desperate patient population. Shame on them.

Their ad was very misleading and the customer service is awful, they will say they are transferring you to their supervisor but leave you waiting on the phone and no one comes back.

😔I was excited to try Hers and realized less than 24hours after signing a membership that I needed to delay my start time. Hers said "no you can't apply the membership money you paid to a later date and no you can't get a refund" even though I told them I wanted to be a customer and just needed to push the start date back.
There are so many programs like this. Find one that cares about you instead of a money-grubbing factory.
Plus other programs are more affordable than this one with the same options and better customer service.
Try Mochi, TrimRx, Nom Med, Plushcare, Ro - the meds you're looking for, and they treat you like a person, an actual customer, not a number. I am not alone in this experience. You can tell when the culture of a company is focused on profit and wellness vs just profit alone.

I have observed significant progress since my last reflection, with noticeable improvements in my hair's fullness and health, including the growth of new baby hairs. I am extremely satisfied and would like to extend my gratitude to the company Hers for their product's efficacy.

I definitely feel so much better. I’m actually more productive. Years ago I was diagnosed with adult attention deficit disorder and perhaps we can discuss a medication for that. I had tried Adderal; it helped a little but maybe you can help.
My mood is positive, no side effects noticed. The two prescriptions I received are working nicely.

The communication is very good and they reply to questions immediately. Instructions are clearly written. The needles are not great. I have had a few break when drawing up the med ( and I am a doctor who draws up meds quite frequently) and a few that were difficult/painful to inject that left bruises. My last shipment of meds did not have alcohol wipes enclosed.

Do not get meds through hers. Their website very misleading, there’s so much “glp” verbiage and you’re very unlikely to be prescribed a glp. Instead they’ll prescribe “weight loss meds” that have been available for forever, meaning they won’t be very effective. They make you order 4 months worth of meds so if they don’t work you’ve basically lit a pile of money on fire. The chat in the app literally feels like you’re talking to ChatGPT. I am so sorry I ever made an account with them.

I've been on this for 2 months and only lost 2 pounds so far. The information I watched before deciding to try Hers said there would be weight loss. I'm a heavy person and was looking forward to actually seeing some progress on the scale but it's been minimal. I'm hoping with this weeks increase in units I'll start seeing something on the scale soon. This is a lot of money for me and I'd really like this to work and help me lose weight.

Easy to follow

Meds came as promised, easy to use, everything I need. Response time from Dr is good. 1 time I waited 2 days but all others were good. The app has good stuff but could offer more like food tracker or more motivational support but overall I am happy!

After 2.5 months, I have not lost 1 lb. In fact, I have managed to gain about 3 lbs. I have used other GLP-1's in the past and after 1 dose lost 1-2 lbs and within 2.5 months at least 8-10 lbs. I do not believe the semi-glutide they are providing is the same as Ozempic or Wegovy, but the cost is the same.

nothing went wrong. I just had to wait to talk to my doctor because I am on a blood pressure pill. She said it was good to start taking it. I started taking it last night.
