We purchased a $15,000 coffee table and paid in full in July 2025, with a promised delivery date of November 2025. Jordan Mosslar pushed back the delivery multiple times, gave us the runaround, and refused to issue a refund. By April 2026, Form LA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Shockingly, the company remains very active on Instagram and continues to accept new orders. Highly unprofessional and deceptive business practices. Do not purchase from this company.

Responsive until you place an order, then you can expect excuses and delays. The person that runs it is a scammer. Do not recommend.

This company is a scam. We ordered over $8000 worth of pedestals which were to be used as custom tables. The company repeatedly lied to us about shipping dates and over a year after we purchased from them they filed bankruptcy and we never received a refund nor our items.

We ordered a custom Fluta dining table from Form LA in February 2025 with a stated lead time of 10–14 weeks.

It has now been over a year ( 14 months), and the table has not been delivered or entered transit.

During this time, there have been multiple delays and conflicting updates regarding the status of the order—including being told it was in customs in Los Angeles when it had not yet shipped from China.

We have exchanged over 200 emails with the company, with no resolution aside from a partial refund of $2,250 in shipping.

On April 24, 2026, Form LA communicated that it had initiated Chapter 11 proceedings. Despite this, the company continues to market and accept new orders.

At this point, we are assuming a total loss of $11,500.
