Excellent service! Dr Raj explained every step of the way on my Invisalign journey.

Dr Kumar really understands teeth!
I went to Forma Dental after a failed treatment at another clinic and was very nervous at the start but he soon put me at ease with his quick grasp of the situation. He explained what needed to be done and the time scales, very professional and quiet confidence which showed true with every procedure I had. Each visit to the clinic was purposeful and to the point without being brusque. Any adjustments I needed made were done with no fuss at all. I think one of the unique things about Forma Dental and Dr Kumar is the ease of communication - he is easily reachable, responds to emails fast and with much clarity. My treatment concluded just before Christmas 2021 and I am truly chuffed with the results. I am glad I chose Forma for my treatment, and would greatly recommend Dr Kumar and the Forma team - you do a sterling job, THANK YOU!

Good person easy to communicate, quick on the response while many were unwilling to, caring in treatment and pricing. Skilled doctor. Thorough. Doesn't waste resource or effort to show the patient everything and explain in detail.

I went to Raj 10 years ago for Invisalign, at this time I was the most nervous patient and Raj was patient and kind with me. The results from my teeth exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Raj. My mum has also had her Invisalign done with Raj and recently had 10 crowns dental crowns done with him (also a really nervous person of the dentist) and she could not have been happier or more comfortable with him. The man is a genius

I found Forma after a poor experience at another clinic. Dr Raj and his team have been nothing but amazing over the past 1 year with my Invisalign treatment. I am near the end of it now and really happy with the results. I love that Dr Raj is easy to reach over email as I understand with some clinics it’s incredibly difficult to communicate effectively. I would definitely recommend Dr Raj for anybody looking for a reliable, professional & trustworthy dentist!

Having already had tooth extractions done by Dr Raj, I was a lot less nervous for this one. Painless and effortless extraction of both upper and lower wisdom teeth. I haven't experienced any ridiculous pain post op either. Highly recommend forma for anyone who's not so fond of the dentist like me.

Very friendly and honest. Great price and great service. Also the clinic is so nice and very close to Moorgate Station for after work appointments. He is definetly my last dentist till I leave London. Many thanks!

I met with Dr Raj just over 2 years ago. I had been to many other consultations prior to meeting him where I was told that Invisalign would not be appropriate or I would need jaw surgery or teeth removed in order for me to get my perfect smile.

Feeling completely deflated with previous consultations, I came across Forma and went in for a consultation. Dr Raj was very honest and explained clearly what could be achieved with Invisalign and without any surgery or teeth removal.

I went ahead on the journey and I have no regrets! My teeth are transformed! I met with Dr Raj throughout the journey to check up on progress and even during the lockdown period he has always been available via email.

I still can’t believe how much my teeth have changed in just over a year! I just finished my invisalign treatment with Dr Kumar and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was always told by other dentists that I would need traditional braces for years to solve my open bite, but I am so glad that I trusted Dr Kumar when he said it could be sorted with Invisalign. The process has been super simple and painfree, I just wish I had done it years ago. Thanks Dr Kumar!

After the horrors of being a client of Finest Dental I had no confidence in the dentist industry . Then I discovered Forma . What a difference a dentist that actually talks TO YOU NOT AT YOU. Through a series of consultations I am finally on the right track to repair the damage done. It’s going to be a long road back to a healthy mouth but I’m sure I’m with the right people now . Can not recommend them enough

Received Invisalign Treatment with Dr Kumar over the course of the last year.

Couldn't be happier with the results. I had regular 6 week appointments to check progress, and never had an issue fitting appointments around my busy work schedule.

Overall, would highly recommend.

I had a tooth extraction which was completely painless, at the time and afterwards. All the staff were very pleasant. Raj even tried to help me book a taxi home (which I didn't actually need as I was fine!)

Great service from Raj (the dentist). He is very knowledgable and makes you feel very comfortable. He picked up my treatment halfway through after Finest Dental went under, and it's already been a much better experience. He can also get you booked in quickly which is great and makes life much easier.

I have had implant surgery with Finest Dental but after their company collapse, I was left with a variety of poor work and no teeth. Dr. Raj Kumar at Forma has taken on the challenge to convert my mouth to a great smile. Still early days but I feel I am in very competent and caring hands. It is never easy taking over from other people's poor workmanship but Dr. Raj is taking it in a happy stride. I will report again as the work proceeds ....

I visited Raj at Forma recently after not visiting a dentist for over 5 years. I had put it off for a while as I knew I needed multiple treatments, but I was nervous because of the pain and about being told off! Raj was excellent, I felt at ease from start to finish and saw him over 4 times. My teeth look so much better, and I would 100% not wait before returning to Raj. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
