There was no download link sent to my email? Just an empty receipt, and an email saying my files were ready without files or a link. Is this a scam?

Some email clients or browsers block the download link button in the automatic email you receive after purchase, and you see an empty field instead. It happens rarely, and it's a technical limitation of some browsers/email clients.
