I have a development company, so customer support is critical. Formidable forms is top notch in customer support. I usually hear back in 2 hours or less with all the help I require. I highly recommend this plugin.

The software is robust and flexible. Support representatives are helpful and responsive. Not just form-fill software, but able to create a complex database-like application in Wordpress.

Formidable is a great plugin which I use on numerous websites and when I have needed a little help their support has always been quick, friendly and very helpful.
On this occasion I had just missed a step so a simple solution.

Based on my reading of the documentation and what I was doing within the Fforms plugin, I should have seen my expected results but it wasn't so. After creating a support ticket and going back and forth with my first contact, we could not find the solution. When I asked for the problem to be escalated to a higher level of support, Fforms provided me with the solution to the problem within a day, which allowed me to meet a demo deadline. The tech support team stayed with it until a solution was found. If you are wondering was the problem/solution was, here it is; do not use uppercase letters when naming and passing parameters when passing params to a modal popup.
Fforms online docs are extensive and it is sometimes difficult to find the answers you want when reading them, but when all else fails, the support team is responsive and has helped me move my project along.

The response was quick and thorough. Jonathan was both professional and friendly at the same time.

I needed a fix to be able to use formidable forms in a way it was not supposed to, and they provided a working snippet very quickly. Thanks for that !

Have been using this tool for years now. Originally I needed a solution to convert a matrix table into a workable quote form with lookup features. formidable Forms did the job. Very powerful tool and if there is a problem, support and always quick to respond and provide a fix.

Fantastic forms plugin with loads of features but still easily customizable! Support is top-notch as well!

Fast and detailed support are making this a very smooth process to get up-and-running for a non-programmer.

The feedback response was quick and Jonathan was very helpful especially with a 7 hour time difference. If you need any support just log a ticket and they will be on it.

I have used Formidable Forms for over 12 years. There are so many use cases I cannot list them all here. It is a fantastic product and what makes it even better is their support! I had a issue that had me stumped and Jonathan stuck with me until we had it ironed out.

I have ben working on differens solutions like calculators, registration forms etc with different software provider and my first impression of Formidable form is that they have really intuitive structures to work with, advanced simplicity, stable and nice design tools, and of cause really good support.
