Huge improvement over Google Forms
Our team had been using Google Forms and we found that many people we were asking to complete surveys did not have a Google account and it was a barrier for them to provide feedback. I researched some options and chose Forms.App and I have been very pleased with the tool itself and the customer service. We did not get calls or emails saying a recipient could not answer the questions easily like we did in the past, so this is a huge improvement over Google Forms! I recommend to check it out as an option because I think Forms.App will have the functionality you need to be successful.

Surprised with what i've found! GREAT EXPERIENCE
I found this app recently and I am loving to use it. Its' extremely easy to use and configure. You can integrate with google sheets even in the free plan and it's awesome to do the data analysis after you finish your forms. I totally recommend it to everyone. Stop using those google forms with no design at all. And plus, their support team is fast!

Beware of scammers using this website to ask private information.
This website got a serious problem with scammers. I cannot understand how they cannot be more careful of you use their service. So if you have scammers using your website and you cannot find it out... then you have huge problem. The page has been up since the 6 of December 2022... So I strongly suggest you stay away from this website.

The more I use this application, the more I enjoy it.
A form had to be created for the client relations department of the agency I worked for, which had to be added to the website. It allowed me to create a complex form very easily and quickly, through it's conditions feature.
There were a lot of linked questions and answers in the form that needed to be created.
I can honestly say that; creating the form template on paper was more difficult than creating the real and working form in forms.app.
The form builder UX of this application is very cleverly designed.
This app is amazing and designed for everyone.
