The site is very interactive...providing a lot of useful information. Response to queries was almost immediate. But it seems to require regular input during the day..which might be demanding foe some users. After 4 days I am still getting acquainted, but I expect that I will get the full hang of it soon. I believe I am having good results even now.

tricky trying to login food choices
It seems a little tricky trying to log in my daily food. There are so many choices that are similar to what I’m eating but many times when there’s nothing there it’s close.

I recently had a meal tracking issue with my app. It was so frustrating and disappointing BECAUSE my app has run without a hitch since I loaded it and it threw me completely off balance. I contacted customer service and was up and running for my next meal.

Just started using the Formula App.
I began my Mediterranean Diet journey a few weeks ago and was kinda lost. This helped me get my thoughts straight about the concept of the macros that were involved in this diet plan. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a heart condition and my doctor advised me to go with the healthy Mediterranean Diet plan. This popped into my lap at the best time possible. So far so good, I’d recommend it anyone starting a diet journey that they don’t quite understand. It’s helped me put my best foot forward in my new life !
