Like so many other people have already said, this company is certainly giving off "scammy" vibes (if it isn't a legit scam already). I ordered a poster back in October and they gladly took my money but were perfectly content leaving my order on "Unfulfilled" status. I sent multiple emails to Customer Service using their email address as well as their website "Contact Us" form. Nothing. No one has reached out. I will be seeking restitution from my credit card company because I highly doubt this joke of a company is going to offer a refund considering they don't even respond to repeated requests.
I ordered a keychain from this website on 08/08/2023 and I still did not receive my order!
At first I thought they’re shipping from china so I waited one hole month but still nothing.
So I wrote one Mail to costumer service via costumer service at formulaessentials.com.
I didn’t got any reply so I wrote 2 Mails directly to the costumer service E-Mail address mailto:info(at)formulaessentials.com.
One on 09/10/2023 and another one on 09/13/2023 and still no reply.
@Formulaessentials if you’re reading this, my order number was 13968 and I want my money back!
Never received my package, even after sending a couple of mails. Scam!! Ordered July and still no email response in October. Do not order here.
Their motherly stealing the artwork of small independent artist and sell them on their website (scam: never even arrive). They do not even care to remove the old watermarks…
DO NOT BUY
Ordered and item in July. It is now September. Have tried to contact to no avail. Definitely a scam company who take your money and then disappear. Worrying that companies like this aren’t vetted before they are allowed to post adds on large social media sites I.e. instagram and facebook
Never received my package..
No response from costumer service.
Scam company!
Never received my package... Tried to make contact with the company trough different emails listed on their site on several occasions. Also tried to contact the carrier used to ship my package, but no respond their aswell. Classic example on how bad dropshipping sites are.
Is this company a scam. I ordered a poster a month ago for my kid. I’ve sent four chasers, direct emails as well as using their contact form, merely asking if the item has been dispatched. Zero response. Which is a bit rude if they are a genuine company.
