Our experience with Granero From the beginning to the end, was always the very best!!! They was always there for us.

The packaging in Miami was very fast and we had a very good experience. No damages on the property or on the goods. We only had problem with the fact that during the transportation, some of the goods were damaged but it’s expected on any moving as big as ours.

For our first international move, we had a great experience with this company. From the first consultations to follow-up after the delivery, communication was very good. The logistics teams assisted us with a great deal and adjusted multiple times based on our fluctuating needs, both prior to our departure and prior to the arrival of our goods at the destination. The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars was the arrival of the moving crew at our departure location: we were given a two-hour window of time when they were supposed to arrive, yet they arrived a full two hours outside of that window, which made it an incredibly long and stressful day. The crew ultimately did a good job, however, and we were pleased to work with them. The team we worked with in the destination country was outstanding; they were tremendously helpful with customs requirements as well as with changing the destination address when we resolved our accommodations. The crew that delivered our goods was also fantastic - very positive, professional and efficient (the window of time was only a 30-minute window, and they even arrived earlier). Overall, the service as a whole really was excellent and well worth the expense.

Movers were on time, very pleasant and respectful of the items they were packing. When in doubt they asked me if an item was going or staying. Took great care packing everything especially the crystal items. One of them even found a pouch that my elderly mom hid behind her wall mirror with money and they immediately returned it to her. She didn’t recall that she had placed it there. Overall the experience went smoothly and I was highly impressed with how the job was completed!
