Great quality oil, works wonders for my chronic pain and migraine. Not pain free, but it has significally reduced number of attacks. Very fast delivery, ordered it late at night, was sent the next day, recieved it the morning after.

Getting very frustrated with the lack of responses from this company . I have tried emailing on multiple occasion's , more often than not , no reply is forthcoming . This is the second order which I have had issues with with a large $\£ value ... There seems to be no reliable way to contact customer support and this is my final call to try and elicit a response before instructing my credit card company to issue me with a refund . The product itself seems very good , if you get lucky enough they actually fulfill the order . UPDATE - The re-assurances given below are quite prophetic , "We can also ensure you a next order would arrive quickly and without any difficulties ". apart from the website no longer recognizes ANY UK address ... I'm really frustrated since I places my order on 22Jan24 and not only that I didn't received anything but I cannot contact any support to check what is happening with my order (BG#1202). When I first purchased and paid my order, I received a confirmation e-mail stating that in case of any issues I can contact zoltan.somodi and when I did, I received a massage that this e-mail is INVALID.
I will not stop to take action until I receive what I payed for or I get a total refund...and if I have to, I will present a formal legal complain.
Don't trust this site!

I order two products on the 15th of January (#PT1333) and it hasn’t been even processed yet! They don’t answer any emails, don’t reply to any form of customer support. I asked for a full refund before my order is even processed because there service is not worth the money they asked for. I hope this isn’t a scam and I get my refund without having to recur to any legal action.

After 2 years of use, I can say that the old batchnumbers were just fine, but the newer batchnumbers just don't work (strongly diluted or just totally without CBD). It is a lot of money for 10 ml oil.
Many people can't say if the ordered CBD is real yes or no, but I - due to health problems - can say it with certainty. I can allready tell the difference between one drop more or less a day.
This company does get 1 extra star, because of their staff, which is friendly and helpfull. But the product itself is useless to me. Now I use another brand, without the problem of having bad symptoms, because the new bottles didn't work again.

A huge frustration! FIVE months ago I made an order for 200 euro and never seen my goods, and even worse - never heard a word from them after their 'Would you like us to resend you the goods?' said almost FOUR months ago!!! Nearly FOUR months they keep a total silence and did not answer any of my many questions/complaints! This is an outrage, I feel cheated, I feel robbed...
If you don't refund my payment I will turn to the swiss authorities! After 5 months of waiting in vain I don't want your product anymore...

Scam! Do yourself a favor and choose a serious company, I lost 200 euro with them. Sometimes you may get the product, sometimes not. When you do not recieve your order and ask for your money back, wich they promote on their webpage, you will be met with weeks of standard emails, asking for Iban, asking if you want to resend the order, blaming the carrier and so on. This keeps your hope up, thinking you will get your money or order. However, they will only continue sending the same emails every time you write. They sent me the same mail asking for my Iban three or four times, which i provided to them three or four times. Them telling me money has been transferred, weeks later - no money. So after two months, with 18 emails back and forth with costumer service, theese are keywords of my experience; frustration, false hope, waste of time, money and energy. Best advice I can give is to choose an other company that is serious.

Long version:
I am a customer from Portugal who placed three separate orders for CBD Oil for cats with this company, Formula Swiss. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing.
My initial order was placed on January 5, followed by subsequent orders on May 17 and August 8. Each time, the delivery took over a month. Despite being assured that the delays were unusual and blamed on the carrier (UPS), this pattern repeated itself with every order. The fact that this delay issue persisted across three distinct orders makes it evident that it's not an isolated incident.
It's disheartening to note that this delay problem is not new, as evidenced by similar complaints from other customers. Formula Swiss consistently places the blame on the carrier without taking proactive measures to rectify this persistent issue, such as considering a change in carrier.
During my second order, my shipment was held at customs in Portugal. Formula Swiss assured me that necessary customs clearance documents would be sent to UPS, and a replacement package would be dispatched. However, upon contacting UPS, it was revealed that no such documents were received. This raises concerns about Formula Swiss's transparency and commitment to customer service. Furthermore, I am left to question if "their keep both packages" was simply a tactic to stop me from seeking a refund.
Before placing my third order, I contact their costumer support about the availability of Full Spectrum CBD Oil in MCT Oil for Cats without aroma and the customer support representative, Loredana, denied multiple times selling Full Spectrum CBD Oil for cats, even though I could see these options on their website and all the product information was consistent on the website. Loredana confidently said it was just an "error". So, I asked her to double-check the product descriptions, the boxes, and the labels on the bottles. It didn't make sense that there would be this big of a mistake everywhere, right?
Finally, she admitted that the company does indeed sell Full Spectrum CBD oil for cats, just not the natural version without aroma.
Now, I'm left wondering whether she was telling the truth earlier and only acknowledged the Full Spectrum CBD Oil to avoid being accused of false advertising. Or maybe Loredana didn't really know about the products her own company sells, even though she's the only one from customer support who responds to emails.
Either way, this situation is really worrying and undermines the credibility of the whole company.
However, they offered free shipping for my third order because of all the trouble I went through with my first and second orders, so I decided to give them a third chance (I am so regretful).
After patiently waiting for a whole week for them to even begin the shipping process for my third order, I made the decision to write a complaint to them, highlighting all these issues. In response, they offered me a complimentary bottle of a product of my choice.
Now, here's where it gets intriguing. Formula Swiss is a Swiss-based company, and I'm based in Portugal, correct? So, how is it that both my initial order and this new order they sent as a goodwill gesture ended up stuck in German Customs for nearly two months?
Now I was in a difficult situation, because I am using CBD Oil to manage my cat's pain from cancer and my existing bottle was almost empty and I was left without CBD Oil due to all these delays. I explained the situation to Loredana and she said she would see if there was anything she could do to speed up the delivery, then she simply started ignoring my emails.
Meanwhile, I purchased CBD Oil for cats from Nordic Oil, and ironically, unlike Formula Swiss, Nordic Oil actually shipped the CBD oil from Germany! Yet, I received it within just one week!
So on August 30, after 1 month of waiting, I requested a refund from Formula Swiss, which again they ignored. After sending multiple emails, they finally replied on September 11. Once again they attributed the problem to UPS and requested my bank information. I made the payment using a card, so why can't they simply refund to my original payment method? It seems like they are deliberately delaying the process, yet I promptly provided them with my bank details!
Then they went silent again for another week and finally replied on September 19, acknowledging that this situation was "unacceptable". They assured me they would initiate the refund immediately.
Today, September 22, a full three weeks after my request for a refund, Formula Swiss has failed to process the refund, despite promising an immediate resolution.

Mars 16, I did a order. When the packaged arrived I'd been given old skin-products and the wrong cbd oil.
After contacting customer service, with pictures, new oil was sent and I was told that they had refunded my skin care package.
A month after I did my order, I recived the oil I initially ordered, but no sign of a refund.
April 17. I contact customer serivce again, they apologise and say that they had recived an error when trying to refund me. They ask for my IBAN and BIC. I give it to them.
May 2. I write to them again and ask why I still haven't recived my refund.
They answer that it's done manually via the head office and I "will recive the amount shortly". Then they thank me for my patience..
June 2, I write to them again, and wonder why they won't send me the money. I mean they have all my information, it's not hard to do.
They say that they are gonna talk to the "head office".
I tell them that they can give me a voucher for another purchase, in hopes that it speeds things up.
I can't see no reason for why they are failing with the transanction.
I then recive a discount code.
When I decide to use the code it dosen't work.
I then contact customer sevice again.
August 1, the code works, and I make a new order.
Will see when my stuff arrives but today, August 3, it seems it hasen't left the shop, and I have low hopes of anything as of now.
Update:
August 10, I write and wonder where my order is since I haven’t got a confirmation that it has been sent.
They answer “we’ve had administrational issues ..” You’re package will be delivered shortly.
August 14, I wonder if they can give me a date instead of writing "shortly" since the last time they wrote shortly, concerning my refund, I waited many months and in the end never received it.
August 16, formula swiss rights that my package has left the warehouse and I will receive a tracking id “very soon”.
August 21, I wonder why I haven’t received a tracking ID, or any other type of confirmation that my package has been sent.
August 22, I’m pissed since I receive an order confirmation for an oil, I haven’t ordered, with a price tag, when I already paid for my order.
I tell them if I don’t get an honest answer to what the heck is going on I want my money refunded ASAP or I will take judicial action.
Formula swiss answers that my orders will come in different packages.
August 29, I can finally pick up one of the oils, the other oil, together with the skincare pack, has not arrived.
Then I get an answer from formula swiss on trustpilot that they are sorry, but they can see that my last order arrived correctly and quick? My order hasn't even arrived yet!
This whole ordeal is an extension of something that has been going on for almost 6 months, nothing is "correct" or "quick" about it.
Please stop trying to manipulate the customers reading reviews! Seriously, you should be ashamed.
I'm discusted.

Unfortunately, two orders for two separate addresses were dispatched in same parcel to same address, despite paying for shipping twice. I was only supplied one tracking number so could not identify the issue until they arrived. Shipping charges were recredited to my account, but not refunded to my card. Doubt excess shipping would be refunded if error was not raised. UK Shipping was UPS Tracked 3-5 days but it took 12 days to arrive. Contacted Formula Swiss but response time was very slow. Sadly not the first time this issue has occurred. Products are good quality, but prices have increased by about one third with no appreciable difference in quality or bottle sizes. Recent 30% off sale meant prices were closer to old prices. Had good experiences with Formula Swiss in the past, but recent events mean I will think twice before ordering again.
