Escalation team is handling my issues well. The only thing that should be corrected is how the membership money is taken.

The initial response was quick. The follow up was polite and a suitable outcome was stated.

Unauthorized charges appeared after interacting with their ads. No transparency, no support. Scam and phishing activities, they are asking for positive reviews in order to cancel your 'subscription'.

Issue is being handled well by Emily", "Helpful support Emily", "Emily reached out to assist

I had some billing and other issues but fortunately, Emily from the support helped me solve it out by taking care of my case personally. I appreciate the pro-customer approach.

Who is formyfashion? Why does it charge money from me? I dont know. That is why i wanted ti cancel my subscription which i do not even remember subscribing!!

I'm happy that Formufashion contacted me regarding my concern. I thought I wouldn't get my money back or that it would be lost forever. It's really disappointing to lose such a large amount.
