This company is a total scam. Stay away.
Purchased Hoka trainers that fell apart after 4 weeks of use. Seamus stated it wasn't his problem, blaming the manufacturer. Hoka stated they DO NOT DEAL with For Runners company. Begs the question, are these trainers counterfeit. This company has so many Negative comments. I wonder why...

Returned a pair of asics tartheredge for a refund on 11th March. Now 18th April. Sent several emails to company to see when refund would be processed, simply no response

Terrible company. Paid for running shoes a month ago, which were supposedly in stock. Didn't arrive after several weeks. Asked for refund. No replies to emails. No replies to calls. No customer service. Be warned. Avoid!

You received the return on 26th march (I have proof of delivery) and are obliged to refund my money within 14 days, yet I have heard nothing and am unable to contact you.

I would not recommend your customer service to anyone.

Edit: after emailing a complaint, I finally
received a speedy reply. They located my return, and refunded me the money (which has been received). Just a shame it required so much effort on my part.

Do not order from this company! I purchased some Salomon trainers back on January 11th and still haven’t received them 2 months later after payment (Order ID 33770)! After numerous emails still no response from the company whatsoever, extremely disappointing.

It's the first time I have purchased from this company and I was impressed by their response to my order, which was placed on 4/3/21 and received 6/3/21. I'm pleased with this quality product , and how speedy it was dispatched.

I placed a very small order for some Hickie laces, when they didn't arrive I tried to contact FRBR without success, after some time I contacted again and was told they would be sent immediately by 1st class post.
That was the 29th January and they were delivered a couple of days ago, the reason explained was that the post office is giving parcels priority over letters. I have actually read this somewhere. So delivery is bad at the moment but they do not seem to be con artists or flimflam men. I have my order at last.

Appalling. This firm will literally steal your money. Do not use them - your goods will not arrive, they will not answer the phone or emails.

I ordered 31 Jan and they said 5-7 days delivery. After 2 weeks of waiting I called, emailed. they dont answer. this is so horrible. Either I want my product like now or REFUND ME my money!!!

When a customer raises a question regarding the non delivery of an item it is polite to respond and not ignore a legitimate concern.
I wish I had not ordered from this company and would advise anyone to think carefully before ordering.

Several friends work in the press so this company will be exposed very soon.

On January 10th i purchased goods from this company costing €194 .
After numerous unanswered phonecalls and several emails,one of which was only answered on February 2nd stating that "its presumed my goods are lost at this stage" and that they would be back in contact on February 2nd,have heard nothing since.
Extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handle paying customers.I will be pursuing a refund if goods are not delivered shortly.

Order ID 33535. I placed an order for runners with a total cost of €181 on 30th December. I received an automated acknowledgement of the order on the same date and have had absolutely no further contact from the company since. I have emailed to request an update but didn't get any response and have tried ringing several times but the phone goes straight to voicemail. I am very frustrated with this lack of communication from the company and I'm concerned that I'm not going to receive the runners at all. I could not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a product over a month ago. No product still and no response to emails or calls. Avoid.

Shocking customer service. Received the wrong item... Wrote to them four times - no response. Called twelve times - no response. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and suggest others do the same. Would give zero stars if I could.

In reply to the store’s disingenuous PR response below, let me please lay out the facts. “Just for clarity” to use their own expression:

- I initially placed an order for the wrong product, which was similar to the one I wanted, expect for a very subtle two-letter difference in the title. This was my human error.
- Not more than 5mins had passed after I placed that initial order before I wrote in to explain the situation and asked to cancel the order and replace it with the correct item I was actually after. I also followed this up with an immediate call just to be double-sure that the message had been well received, but no one picked up.
- Over the next few days I wrote in again another three times and called another 11 times to ensure that my request had been received and acknowledged, yet no one ever responded. Complete tumbleweeds at a total of 16 attempts (4 emails + 12 calls) to communicate with them.
- Ten days later after having had all my emails and phone calls ignored I receive the wrong product that I had expressly requested NOT to receive.
- Understandably frustrated, I proceed to write a negative review on Truspilot.... and low and behold: a near immediate patronising response from the business implying that they’d done nothing wrong. Very interesting that they would be totally non-responsive once they’d taken my money from my account, but then super-responsive as soon as their reputation took a dent. In other words, they only respond quickly when they’ve got something to gain or damage to mitigate.
- Equally interesting is the 2-star average customer rating on TrustPilot based on hundreds of review. The people have spoken and the consensus is that the store’s customer service sucks and that people should take their money elsewhere... Interesting that so many other customers have been similarly unimpressed.
- I am still awaiting the refund that I have requested.

The above are all demonstrable facts and I hope they provide the “clarity” that the store was so keen for.

For runners by runners made an order pre Xmas still no sign of it now the 29th January , tried calling left voice messages and sent emails no one gets back to you .
Really not happy service terrible take your money but you don’t get your goods or even any reply’s

Made a very small order of Hickie laces. i.d. 1933614. Nothing arrived yet. Emailed and rang, no reply and phone number says not currently in use. I believe this could be classed as fraud, worthy of contacting the Police.
