I purchased a laser welding machine from Jinan Forsun CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. and paid in full via wire transfer. After receiving the machine, the salesperson, "Frodi" refused to provide the activation code needed to operate it — unless I changed my honest negative review of the transaction.
This is extortion. I escalated to other Forsun team members and received the same response. This is not an isolated incident with one bad employee — this is company policy.
The machine is useless without the activation code. I paid for a complete, functional product and received a locked box.

Do not trust this company with your money. Once they have it, you have no leverage. Avoid.
