Truly dismal customer service. The products are okay.
I contacted the seller multiple times, but they were passive-aggressive and showed no real interest in solving the issue. They kept sending me the same tracking link, even though the package was already more than a month overdue.
The seller then stopped responding, so I contacted UPS myself. UPS told me the package was lost and that the sender had to contact them. I forwarded this to the seller, and they assured me they would contact UPS the next day.
I heard nothing for over a week. I then demanded a refund for an order I never received. The seller agreed and said the refund had been issued. That was two weeks ago, and I still have not received my money! At this point I'll be surpriced if I ever get my money back.
Edit: I escalated it through PayPal and they are now harassing me by email, insisting they already refunded me — but I truly haven’t received a dime.
