SCAM!!!!!!!

Well, I read the other 3 reviews giving 1 star, but I really, really wanted this item cuz I couldn't find it anywhere else. And of course the price was great. I figured I would take a chance and my credit card company would have my back if necessary. I got to the purchase screen and the other reviewer is correct...there is no Paypal option. I entered my credit card info, which is actually a 'virtual' card number that my card company provides when I shop online. It's not my real card number. It processes with no problem on all the sites I shop on. However, on this site it came up with an error message that said my bank could not process the payment. I left the site. When I went back in later, the item was gone from my cart. I never removed it, so who did? When I did a search for it, nothing came up. I guess it does not exist. SCAM!

I started to order an item from this site - Probable Scam

I started to order an item from this company, but they would not take anything like PayPal or other transfer method that can be easily be reversed in case of fraud. It states that they work with PayPal, but there is no option to select it anywhere. I backed out before it could capture any credit card information (which it tried to not let me back out). At first the site would not back out stating I needed to fill out the credit card info to back out. I looked up this site on one other website (ScamAdvisor), and they said everything looked legit. I tested the Whois info and attempted to test the server and look over ownership. The information states that the server throws a 200 http error and data is hidden. The IP is run by GoDaddy.com and the phone numbers and email for issues were for godaddy. The server is hosted on Cloudflare. They did not give an email for asking for customer service. After attempting to order, then backing out before payment, Fortecolchoes.com started throwing many emails trying to convince me to continue, and saying it would help me finish the purchase. The prices are ridiculously lowered. A $1300 unit was showing a sale to $90. All items were lower in price then possible with free shipping. I'm glad I checked Trustpilot. This looks like a scam site from the setup. Note that I would have given this a zero star rating if there were such a thing!!

Actually tried to purchase an item and many problems...

Actually tried to purchase an item on this website. The verification process to text me a code NEVER sent me the text after multiple tries. I called the phone number listed under their contacts and it's FAKE—the number was for a hospital!
Tried to email them questions about details of the product through their website form (there are NO DETAILS OR DESCRIPTION) and never got a reply.
BUT, obviously to encourage a sale, they sent me a 50% discount offer to my email after i tried to contact them. Suspiciously low price on the hard-to-find item.

3 red flags

I goggled a particular item and fortecolchoes.com popped up in the search. The normal price anyplace else is about $50 for this item. On this site every time I went in the price changed somewhere in the $4 range. First red flag. I figured if it was a scam I could notify my credit card company. I put in my info and received a "This site can’t provide a secure connection" message. 2nd red flag. Being one to follow through and report scams I called the phone number on their website. The call went to an automatic recording wanting a extension the said Goodbye and disconnected. 3rd red flag. I went through this process several times just to make sure it was or wasn't me. It was them. A total scam.
