I have read many reviews on them and I agree 100% when it comes to the customer service- The foundation of their very business is very strong and I hope you guys stay the same forever but on a much larger scale.
In my case, I had just ordered when I realized the shipment is going to my billing address which is different from where I am living atm. I forgot to make the changes and contacted Forte Series Customer Care ASAP! They replied in a few hours, By the next day, they had updated my shipment address. The best customer service experience I have ever had with any company, Period!
I love their hair vitamins, argan oil and sea salt spray. Clay was amazing but not good for my hair type- should have seen the video on AC’s IG beforehand, Ordered hair cream this time. I absolutely love their products.
Have been watching Alex Costa Youtube for a long time when I was in India, now that I’m in US, I absolutely love their products.
AND a quick shout-out to Marie, who assisted me with shipping address situation for the customer service.
I never write reviews but you guys deserve the recognition.

This company doesn’t just make great products but they also have a really great customer care service. My order was delivered but not to my home so I figured maybe it was stolen as I was at work when it was delivered, I let Forte now what happen and they were very kind and wanted me to keep them updated while I waited to get video from the HOA. They said if It was missing they would take care of it so the next day I came home from lunch and the package was brought back. Forte contacted me to ask if anything had changed on the missing package status and it just showed that they truly care about their customers. Love this team!

It is really nurturing for the skin, I have never tried something like this before but let me tell you I don’t regret it , and really recommend for anyone who wants to clear your eye bags just by the first use you see result on the next day it’s really a good product !

The process of ordering is straightforward, and I either get it shipped through my Amazon Prime account or delivered within three to four business days. I've been using the product for several months now without any irritation on my face and it does what is promised. It temporarily hides blemishes and enhances my appearance.

The hair products I bought have changed my hair for the better since up until now I used cheap drugstore shampoos, what makes this different is this Brand is specifically made for men and it's not a big brand nor too expensive

My novel with Forte began 4 years ago, now the status is serious relationship😉. Speaking of serious, I honestly want to recommend of their products, give it a real try and why? First of all, It's a brand formed for men only, it's alone deserve our appreciation. No need to compromise on women's products or Pharm ones. Second, the products are amazing, smell incredible and used for any hair type guys! They thought on all details which for me signs about the passion behind the work. Small brand but continues work, there is something to expect for so keep tuned. Forte is my hair forte!

The face wash does exactly what it says!!! My face feels more fresh and clean and I can start noticing right away after 2 washes that my acne is disappearing !! Amazing product in the market 9/10!!!
