Never purchase anything from this website! It took 3 months to get a laptop cover for $30.00. It was supposedly on sale and was leather. It is not leather and it is not worth $5. The toiletry bag was also not what was promised. The packaging was also ridiculous! I don’t know how they’re still in business except that the promise something they don’t deliver!!!

I ordered two duffle bags on Nov 28th for Christmas presents. They didn't arrive until January 16th. When it was obvious that they weren't going to arrive on time I emailed with them repeatedly to cancel the order. They made it sound like they cancelled it but then the bag arrived Jan 16th and now they won't return my email. Oh, and they also said the bags were close outs and retailed for $250 - turns out they are still selling them and I found the exact same bag on another site for $60. Total scam.

Same story. Ordered 3 travel duffle bags. I have nothing. Never got confirmation email , tracking number and never got products. They advertise on social to sell and I was stupid not to investigate! They have my $188 and I have nothing. They SUCK! They don’t respond and won’t refund me. Thieves!!!! Can’t call them - can’t talk to anyone. And I don’t have &188 to lose. So sad businesses steal like this.

Ugh, so frustrated to be seeing these reviews now after I ordered stuff for Christmas and have had exact same experience as everyone else. The bracelet I ordered my husband on December 2 just arrived and it is too small. He is an average size man and it won't come close to closing. His wrist is 7 inches, totally average. It barely fits around my wrist and I have small wrists. This company is awful. When I was trying to track my purchases I had same exact experience as everyone else. Offering 10% off an existing purchase which amounts to $2.00. When demanding full refund, you get nothing. I am reporting them to BBB of PA and appreciate the persons instruction below on how to do so. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVER. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAR CHEAPER THAN APPEAR IN PHOTOS AS WELL!

I am embarrassed to admit that I am experiencing the same type of issue that others are experiencing. I ordered a travel duffel bag and matching toiletry bag on 12/8 as a gift for my out-of-state son who would be visiting for the holidays. Before I placed the order I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. Once I placed it FTM changed the rules! Naturally, I kept checking the USPS tracking number and didn't see any activity for weeks. I sent many emails/texts to FTM and they offered an apology and asked for continued patience. Christmas came and went. My son left a week after Christmas without his gift that never came. After many business days I replied back and asked for a 100% refund. They offered me a 10% discount, for this order that was never received, as this would rectify the situation. Shipping to my son would cost way more than 10% of the order, Eventually I received the $20 toiletry bag which was to be a set with the matching duffel that never came. The toiletry bag was poorly made (you get what you pay for) and I immediately asked to return. FTM REFUSED. Then they sent me a tracking number for the duffel which indicated that the item was now being shipped from China. I tried tracking the information and was not successful in obtaining any additional information. THE DUFFEL NEVER CAME!!! I replied back and told them I was contacting my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, and was demanding a 100% refund. The set was incomplete. It was MORE THAN TWO MONTHS since the order was placed and still the main item never came. To this day, the order remains incomplete. Only one response was received from the company saying that no refunds would be issued for sale items. They also claim they don't guarantee Christmas delivery which contradicts what I was told before they had my $ and the order was placed ALMOST THREE WEEKS BEFORE Christmas. WHAT??? Not only was I not told all of this before I placed the order, but the main item was NEVER received. I received inept customer service, was told lies by customer service which contradicts what the FTM website promises and states, and never received the product. I don't think FTM should be in business after this horrific experience, which is not a solitary one, but one that many others are experiencing.

Beware of For The Minamilist
After reading all of these reviews, all I can say is that I am experiencing exactly the same problem. I ordered the travel duffel before the holidays and received a tracking number and all that happens is you see it is apparently stuck in transit..no estimated date of arrival. I have been waiting for my bag for a month and a half and I have contacted the company 4 different times, I have received exactly 0 responses. I am furious at how this company operates and my story is identical to every one of the stories on this site. I will be contacting my cc company and asking them to refund me the charges. Beware of how unethical this company is.
Fraud or incompetence
I wish I had looked or these reviews before buying. I purchased several items. My credit card was charged. I received no confirmation of the order. I sent them an email. I received no response. It has been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order. No order conformation and no items.

Same as you all. I ordered a travel duffel bag on 11/26. The USPS tracking number didn't show any activity for weeks. I replied to FTM and they offered an apology and continued patience. After 20 business days I replied back and asked for a 100% refund and told them I was going to file a complaint on BBB. They offered me a 10% discount. A couple weeks went buy and they sent me a tracking number from Australia. Didn't work. I replied back and told them I was taking them to small claims court and again asked for a 100% refund. No response. They replied a week later and told me my order was lost in transit, but they shipped a replacement for me and were shipping it FedEx from CA. They never gave me a FedEx tracking number to confirm it was shipped. I contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and also confirm they gave me the 10% discount. They did give me the discount. My credit card company credited my account for the purchase and sent a notice to FTM for an answer. On 1/7, the USPS (not FedEx) delivered my order. I opened it and the travel duffel bag looked pretty nice and I'm keeping it, however there wasn't any type of receipt or package content list within the shipping bag. This purchase was meant as a birthday present for a family member. Unfortunately, the birthday present is now extremely late. This was embarrassing. Regardless, I'll still contest this purchase even though I did receive it because I received inept customer service, was told lies by customer service which contradicts what the FTM website promises and states, and because I don't think FTM should be in business if they can't follow through.
UPDATE: I did receive a refund from my credit card company for the purchase of the duffel bag even though I received the bag on 1/7/2019. Last week FTM send me two emails telling me my order was delivered and they provided me a USPS confirmation link. I will not reply to them. Same treatment they gave me. They are also asking me to rescind my credit card dispute with them because they now want to be paid. After all the time and effort I spent trying to contact them on Facebook and by email, I feel I deserve their product free of charge. If FTM does happen to escalate the matter for payment, I'll still fight them because of their false advertising, hollow promises of customer service and delivery.

Count me in with the exact same story as everyone else - ordered the bag a month ago, got shipping notice that label had been created, now just updated to "pending". Allegedly in Inglewood CA, BS Australian address on website (I actually was feeling bad for them given the situation with the wildfires in AU, but now know better).
Saw the ad on Instagram and could kick myself. Live and learn.

I have the same issue as everyone here.
At 2 months since purchase, and the 'tracking' (and I use the term loosely) still shows 'pending'. Sent an email to what they claim is Customer Service, which got an immediate (and useless) auto-reply. And nothing else.
I'm currently trying to get the charge reversed.
I thought I was smarter than this.
Please be smarter than me. DON'T spend a dime at FTM.

The worst in terms of order fulfillment. Three months and counting for delivery of my items. Three requests for cancellation and a full refund finally answered (after two months) by an email stating I would receive a 10% refund for my troubles. Three months later and no order cancellation or full refund. I have yet to receive my item much less a full refund. Never again. Don’t be fooled by their marketing. Order fulfillment is a joke! I will add...this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review like this. And I shop online quite a bit.

Scam -- others: PLEASE report
On December 3rd I authorized a PayPal charge to Modern Visionary LLC in order to purchase a lined jacket/knit sweater. I received a product just two days ago (Jan 21st) that was not what I ordered (wrong size), not what was advertised on the website of "Modern Visionary" -- Fortheminimalist.com (not ANY wool in this garment--it's a cheap, fake poly second likely from a Chinese factory that fills orders for Walmart, and after spending two days trying to get in touch w them, including trying to contact them through email, their customer service email supplier and their marketing email company, I have given up.
However if anyone else has been scammed by these guys, you can file a claim here: "e-Allegations Submission" https:// eallegations.cbp. gov/Home/Index2 bc all imports to US MUST have labels identifying country of origin, plus complete accurate content labels. My garment has neither. I'd love to see people like this out of business for good.
