Unfortunately part if my order did not turn up, have sent several messages via the site as recommended over the last 10 days. Not able to phone as lines are closed. No response from forthglade which is suprising as not had the issue over the last 10years plus.

The website doesn't work if you are…
The website doesn't work if you are using the subscription service but want to make changes to timing or product. I hadn't advance notification of one of two orders so couldn't change both of them. Fed up.

Excellent service
Excellent service. When 2 of the trays were damaged in transit, I contacted customer services and they were very helpful - refunding me and providing advice very promptly. Mt dog loves the wet food trays.

helped an old dog
I have an old Bichon rescue with arthritis. He mostly likes to just sit in his chair. He's been on Forthglade wet food for a couple of months now. He actually jumps around now. He seems happier. I'm so glad I awitched his food to fourthglade.
