Excellent quality and service
The subscription service is a huge benefit and ensures we do not run out of food. Our dog has acute sensitivities to everything except turkey so popping to the supermarket isn't an option. Your brand is the only one she can eat. The quality of the food is clear and she never leaves even a trace in her bowl. Thank you for an excellent service.

Still not even received everything I paid for.
Cant phone up and speak to anyone as they've now shut the phone lines. However I did before they closed them and explained i was missing most of a very big order... they then sent more of the order, but not all, I submitted an online enquiry for the rest... then half of what was still missing came... still waiting for the rest.
Yes they took the money weeks and weeks ago, no apologies, no goodwill, and not even the order.
Still waiting.
Update- despite the response saying someone would be in touch Monday, they haven't. Tried phoning again- still not had my missing items.

Too many emails, wont use again due to Evri
From the time you signup you just constantly get email, even after unsubscribing to everything i still got email. Also they use Evri for smaller parcels, which I hate. Wont be using them again.

Great delivery service
Great delivery service. Packages sealed and no leakages.
Unfortunately, what does put me off Is the smell? The dog food does not smell very good. I’m not even sure my dogs like it. I mix it with the other food which they do like, but they still seem to leave a bit. i’m not sure I would order it again.

I placed an order and paid an extra…
I placed an order and paid an extra cost for next day delivery, but I have not received the order. I have tried to contact them, but their phones are not in use. I come to a point where it says to complete the form below, but when I have tried to do that, it only comes up with my email, but nothing for me to type in my queries. Im going away and needed the dog food to take to our dog minder. I'll now go to buy it at a shop

After a week of failed deliveries and then claiming it was delivered, when it clearly wasn't , Forthglade customer services placed another order with a different courier and my Archie's food was here in 24 hours. First class service, thank you
