Horrible support, every seller on the site is a scammer guaranteed. They use there own email domains to take back accounts after warranty. Lucky for me i have a method around it and if anyone else is interested message/add me on discord (z7i4) and i can help you. When contacting support they genuinely dont care what your saying. They blame the manager etc. horrid poor support. The refund policy is pathetic! They wont refund if the account is still access able, they dont care about the safety and risk.

Just don't buy anything that can't have the email changed. Support is truly useless and they'll juggle you around for about 10 days.

I purchased a Fortnite Aerial Assault Trooper account from IGV. After the purchase, I changed all the account information, and everything seemed fine for about 20-21 days. However, one morning, I woke up to find myself signed out of my Epic Games account, with both the email and Epic Games password changed.

It turns out the seller had set up a subdomain or backdoor linked to the email, allowing them to reset the email password at any time. When I attempted to get my money back, IGV's support team told me, "Your money is with the seller, not with us, so we can't refund you." I explained that the seller intentionally waited for my warranty to expire before reclaiming the account, but they still refused to refund me.

I contacted IGV support over 10 times following the incident, but their response was always the same—emailing the seller, urging them to respond.
No real action was taken against the seller. It has now been 16 days since the incident, and the seller still hasn’t replied to me once. Despite my repeated requests for the seller to be banned.

My advice? Avoid IGV at ALL COSTS. While the platform may appear legitimate, many of the sellers are not, and the support team is ineffective. Even the management is slow to take meaningful action.

What are people complaining about? Fortnite is fire, especially now that they got Marvel back.

I see alot of negetive reviews. To be honest i got my refund in promised 3 days and they were fast to reply to my query. I beliebe everyone has different experiences but for me yes i had bit of issue witht he transaction bit it was sorted as promised.

Here, $360 of the refund I received from a previous purchase is still shown in my balance. They don't let me withdraw the money, and when I want to buy an item they say I can only use 50% of it. This is literally a scam. Give me my money back, scammers!

It's a program. Scammers sell it. the accounts. And after. A month, two or three months later, they will take the account again. I do not advise anyone to buy from this program. This is my experience from the program.

So basically I bought 20$ worth of coins from the website and then after just few minutes that my warranty was over the dude went back into my account and sold my players and took the coins. I tried to speak with customer service they first told me they will blacklist him and today after i checked he still selling on the website and customer services told me they will punish him actually but not blacklist him so he can basically keep doing the same... answer from the guy? Obviusly that he didnt do it and he can offer me 200k ''from the bottom of his heart'' cmon dude ...

i have ordered a 12 months adobe and i received 14 days trial account, after 14 days the account is not renewed and the seller is not responding,
i trusted the website because of the good reviews here in trustpilot but i think they are not true, because they ask buyers to make a good review and 5 star in trustpilot and they will give them a coupon code with discount.
IGV protect the sellers (i mean the scammers ) more than the buyers,

Cant rate half a star lost money to someone that said they recommend getting a refund and then he refuses it and the page will not help any further.

Bad Service, Bad Management, lost all my money for nothing. Didn't wanted to help me get the problem resolved.
