Platform to avoid

Convinced by my son, I decide to make a purchase on this pseudo-site.
All very much until they deduct the money from your account without even sending you the details of how to load the account on epicgame. So I ask and they answer me after 3 days. The procedure is absurd, they ask you to create an account with a rather strange e-mail in a very strange Russian site.
I don't trust and ask for a refund. Obviously denied with the excuse that they are in possession of data from another account ... So they are practically in possession of private data? So many things come to mind ... Anyway, platform to avoid.
All far-fetched without a sense.
