I love the games at this site. I have won several times so really like that. I guess the only problem I have with them is that it does take longer to get your winnings into your account, a few days instead of hours, but I least I get winnings. One thing is redemption options. There's only one, they chose it and it happens to be the one option that takes the longest ever to get paid. But they do pay...eventually. This doesn't stop me from playing obviously, I'd play more often tho.

My experience with this whole platform has been horrible. I did it inform the representative or customer service that I do not have a usable ID because my current one is broken and I currently do not have a passport. I really just wanted to know one thing very simple question dealing with my account and they informed me that my ID was not valid because it was actually broken and I have not received my replacement yet. However, my replacement could take days I really needed to know something about my account at that given time I could have verified in any other form, but they refuse to accept any other form besides either my ID or passport and I do not have a passport and I’m also waiting on my other physical replacement identification card and I still have yet to get the help that I need.
