Better prices and customer service than the competitors!
I had been using a competitor service for several years while living abroad but became disappointed in the speed of service, cost of shipping, and horrible customer service.
I gave Forwardme.com a chance and after three shipments, I am so happy with everything, largely because of the customer service and speed of packing and shipping. The prices are also so much more reasonable and realistic than the competition.
When a delivery went missing, the Forwardme team tracked it down, explained what happened, and ensured an expedited shipping to get back on track. They are incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and kind.
I am also impressed that they've upgraded their packing to include who packed the package, which gives the entire service a very personal flair. Yes, real people are packing your box!
Overall, I'm very impressed and can't wait for my next shipment.

I had multiple packages that came in to…
I had multiple packages that came in to their address. They processed all except one quickly. The last package never showed up in the box. Initially they were responding saying they are looking into it. They stopped responding now. As for the other packages, they forwarded it to me in a proper packaging, the shipment options are plenty and rates are pretty economical. I am a first time user and I highly doubt it I will use their services again because of their poor handling of the last package, which probably is lost.

Update: I was contacted by Ayberk from their support team. He was helpful in ensuring I was updated with my personal shopper items. The storage costs were also waived. I have since received my shipment and a full refund for all the items they could not source. In the end, they redeemed themselves. ————————— —————— So I took a chance and used the personal shopper service at Forwardme.com on 12 January and ordered from 3 retailers. 2 of the orders are showing that they have now received and are awaiting shipping. The 3rd order is still not received by them almost a month after it was placed. The problem arises from me reaching out to their support using the email shown on their website to check what is the status of the order. After numerous attempts, there is zero feedback, the chat ai tool on their website has not been helpful either, I guess it’s because of the time difference. I am not sure what’s happening, at the same time my other packages have expired their storage time (15 days) and I will be billed for storage now and I will not ship these separately but it’s impossible to know what the delay is about with zero communication or response. I’ve never experienced this with any forwarder before, I am already regretting my decision to use forwardme.com. By the way Stackry has a free storage period of 45 days, I think NY box is the same 45 days.

service in continuous degradation
I have been using Forwardme's service since 2020. But lately I have had several problems. From considerable delays in finding my packages in my suite and missing some items from my old packages to total loss of packages for more than 4 months. And the worst is the way my claim was handled. No feedback except the same message: give us time? They made me lose a lot of money because of the repeated delays.
Still the Best After 4 Years!
Forwardme continues to be my go-to service even after 4 years since my last feedback. Their reliability and professionalism are unmatched. However, I sincerely hope you bring back the consolidation service it was a game-changer for saving on shipping costs.

Have shipped with them multiple times and I never had a problem. The latest package I shipped were inspected by the customs in our country and their team made sure that I am aware of my package’s whereabouts and how to proceed with it. They also offer a lot of add-ons, their team is wonderful- truly top-tier customer service, and their website is so user-friendly.
