Gets the job done in a professional manner
I compared a number of similar companies online and forwardme.com was the only company that could handle my large and heavy package (68.5kg/151lbs).
I had doubts because this was the first time I had ever used such a package service. The fact is, you have to blindly trust a third party to properly receive your package and trade it for you.
I had a number of packages, the lighter packages were sent very quickly without damage.
The large package took a little longer, but ultimately arrived safely.
From start to finish you will receive continuous professional help and usually always by the same person who knows your history of questions and what it concerns. I can strongly recommend Forwardme.com to everyone, their system is well put together and even with difficult items, every effort is made to get the package to you.
I will definitely use Forwardme.com in the future.

Overpriced Services
ForwardMe's claim of being the cheapest package forwarding option is far from the truth. Their prices are nearly double compared to competitors. The processing times touted on their website are misleading, and actual dashboard updates show significant delays.
Much simpler
Their personal shopper service is much simpler than other businesses I have used.

Highly recommend!!
I’ve used the personal shopper service twice now to purchase in the USA from AUST and the customer service is second to none. They communicate clearly if they’re concerned about specifics, they moved forward with a sale order when I was delayed in responding so I didn’t miss the sale. They were helpful and accommodating when I had some issues with the storefront from one of my orders. Really polite, respectful communication. Sometimes replies can be delayed but we are in two different countries so it’s to be expected. My orders have shipped out the same or next day, I use FedEx, and I have them in Australia within 3-4 days. Highly recommend!

ForwardMe works, and it does it well, with great customer service
I very recently needed to replace some much loved jeans that I'd picked up in New York on my last visit. The only issue was the manufacturer did not ship to Australia. I looked around the various freight forwarding companies and found ForwardMe. I knew nothing about them, and had never used a forwarding company before, but I really wanted those jeans. Australia isn't very well supplied as far as the range of clothing available, and the range of sizes. Believe it or not, a 32 inch waist and 30 inch leg length is a bit rare here.
Anyway, I created a profile on ForwardMe and had the choice of two US based addresses to use for the internal shipping to their depots. I placed the order with Buffalo Jeans (3 pairs), gave them the chosen US address, waited for the shipping confirmation, then logged in to ForwardMe to let them know of the parcel that was coming to them. Being my first time doing this I had some concerns, all of which were handled by a gentleman called Ayberk via online chat. Delivery was confrmed, and repackaging was carried out to minimise the freight charge to Australia. The most economical freight at the time was FedEx, so FedEx it was. Delivery went without a hitch, and I have my new jeans.
The jeans were ordered from the supplier on 09NOV23, received by ForwardMe on 16NOV23, sent by ForwardMe via Fedex on 17NOV23, and arrived at my home in Australia on 22NOV23.
I have to say, the handling of my freight was first class. The customer service via online chat was very comprehensive, and certainly reassured me that all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending the service provided by ForwardMe.

3 Orders good but slow, last order they scammed me
Unfortunately I can't really confirm that with Alan.
As a small business, I have had several shipments sent from the USA to Germany.
I have successfully processed 3 orders with forward me.
You definitely have to have a lot of patience - it always took 2.5 months for a package to arrive.
Now that the business relationship has come to an end, I'm still waiting for a package that I ordered in August! Which was finally processed on October 14th. I then paid for it and then the shipment was canceled. Since then I have no longer received any response to any emails, WhatsApp messages or Instagram messages.
In short, the company scammed me out of $2500 worth of products, they just kept it and now they won't contact me anymore.
I would be very careful here!
Second Chance Proved Worthwhile: Improved Experience with Forward.me

I want to share an update about my experience with Forward.me. After my first, not-so-great experience (you can read it below), I was surprised when Ayberk from their team reached out to me. He promised to personally look after my next order to make sure everything went well. I was hesitant, but I decided to give them another chance.
This second time around, things were much better. Ayberk kept his word and made sure my delivery was handled properly. Communication was clear, and it felt like they really took my previous complaints seriously. The process was smooth, and I didn't have the same problems as before. It seems like Forward.me has been working on improving their service.
Based on this new experience, I feel it's fair to adjust my review. I'm updating my rating to 4 stars to reflect the improvement in their service.

Two sendings.
The first:
1. They asked for money for 12 lbs because of the DIM of the original boxes from the store. But then they removed the original boxes before sending and "consolidated" my two orders in one package. They paid UPS for 8 lbs and took the difference, of course. I didn't know about it and didn't ask for this, because I wanted to keep the original storage box. But they said, "We did it for free for you". Ha-ha.
2. I ordered all of the possible extras, including extra bubble wrapping and security tape. The package came without the security tape and with just a small piece of bubble wrap as an insert aside, which is obviously not enough, and not what I expected by ordering this extra.
3. So as a result of the two points above, the item in the package was damaged. It was a rare collectible and expensive game, which costs twice as cheap now because of the damaged genuine box.
The second:
1. I ordered three lots from different stores: 1, 2, and 6 VHS cassettes respectively.
2. They calculated each lot as 4 lbs DIM (so 12 in total). On my question how is that possible that 1 VHS cassette has the same DIM as 6 cassettes they told me it's because of the original store package. When I asked them to remove the store package and consolidate the lots they said it's impossible. But they could do it if I pay $9 extra. They provided an invoice and I paid for it.
3. They told me it would take a few hours. But it took one week and I should've asked them about it every day.
4. I calculated that 9 VHS cassettes should be 4 lbs. But they said it's 6 lbs and asked for money for 6 lbs DIM. Ok, it's still better than 12.
I don't know what to say. I think I caught them lying and some tricks on how to get more money from nothing. Also, I got my expensive game damaged because they removed the original boxes and put a really small amount of bubble wrap inside (and remember — I ordered the extra bubble wrapping). It was literally a small piece of wrap from one side as an insert, didn't wrap the whole item from all sides.
I tried to file a claim but they said everything is correct. So you decide if this service is ok for you. I wouldn't use them again and won't recommend anyone.

Forwardme is slow to do anything
Forwardme is slow to do anything. If your packages arrives with them, it takes days for them to acknowledge the package.
If you ask them to forward your package, it takes days (I think... mine hasn't been sent yet) to send it to you.
Support either doesn't reply or takes forever to reply, and makes false claims.
EDIT: Two months later they emailing me offering me $20 to take down this review.
From good to average
I have been using Forwardme.com for 1.5 years. The service has deteriorated in recent months. Very long lead times (1 week+) before a package was visible in my inbox. In addition, one pricey package have been lost.

Minus infinite zero.. Very, very bad company (if that). I use FishisFast but tried those scammers coz FisF dont ship some supplements. But this was my and my last time to use this Forwardme crap.. You have to contact them because shipments take for ever to show up and you're always hoping that you were not scammed coz it seems they never reply or reply very late. I wish i know of other rating platforms such as this .. I will go onto each and everyone and paste this review just so that innocent shoppers won't go through this kerfuffle ..

I had a very professional new experience with forwardme that i did not had with most famous shipping forwarders i worked with. They have a very clear procedural dashboard with clear images of order’s receiving that make you rest assured of your delivered orders. They really have a great support team with fast and detailed reply, and the most important i have experienced is they took care of re-packaging two medium boxes in one single box without charging any additional fees, that made my package easier in clearance and less in shipping expenses… Keep going greatly forward :)

COMPLETE SCAM!!! During the whole deceitful process I was exposed to lies and more lies. Initially I was wrongfully told that my parcel had been shipped when only the label had been created online. This oddly kept going for a couple of weeks at least with me chasing them constantly and finally threatening them. I verified this with the external shipping company directly who confirmed that no parcel had been handed over. They had even updated my portal to shipped knowing that my parcel hadn’t been dispatched. Then they charged me for expedited shipment when they had only processed a standard shipping which I also checked with the shipping company. They’ve promised me a refund since December 2022 and nothing has been reimbursed. I’ve filed complaints to expose their practices.
