Works out too expensive for Irish customers
Works out too expensive for Irish buyers because of the cost of the service plus post and packaging already charged for the item by the seller, then the customs tax to import item on top of that, all that and the exchange rate too!! Cost me almost €100 for an item that was only £19 to start with!! Not really the fault of Forwardvia but a warning to Irish buyers- Don’t bother !!!

We are sorry to hear that you were not expecting local tax and duty charges. As with any other country, there will be import taxes and duties to pay for importing goods from the UK, which is something that is beyond our control.
The information about local taxes and duties is on many pages of our website. It is displayed on 3 locations on our shipping calculator page, so customers are aware when they get a quote before they choose to proceed. It is also displayed on the shipping order page; unfortunately, it is not possible to explain these fees on every page. Some countries do not charge import taxes, and some have a tax-free threshold. We also have 'Help' located on every page, should any visitors have questions. Please feel free to contact our customer team should you require any further explanations regarding import tax and duties.

Good service. Postage a bit expensive but quick. Not sure if the package was opened before by customs etc but was just a little disappointed that the original packaging was opened and not the way it originally was

I am slightly unhappy with the cost charged per item (sometimes it is not my fault that items ordered together arrive separately) and think this could be reduced.

Regarding your comments on the consolidation fees, the fee is fixed, which applies to each physical package that is received and logged into customers' accounts. We understand that retailers may dispatch orders separately. Unfortunately, this is something that is beyond our control, as it would be difficult to adjust the fee per consolidation/package. You may want to look into our Premium Membership, where consolidation fees are reduced, along with shipping fees and has an extended storage period as well.
