Terrible communication and service.
I ordered in time balloons for my twin daughters birthday. A specific theme / colour. 1 day before in the late afternoon they tell me: iT is not available and choose another colour!
So i choose mat gold … oops sorry also not enough in stock. And no discount or anything else for the inconvenience and the late message. So i was really disappointed en stressfull
At 15.00 i say i want to cancel my order and want a refund. Until now i didnt get a respond. Today is the birthday …party …. of my twin daughters …. And still nothing !!!! And i already have paid for a large order.
Today the klantenservice contacted me and i got my refund.

As we also mentioned in our email, we inflate helium balloons one day prior to delivery, as they otherwise deflate quickly. Unfortunately, this meant that we only discovered at that moment that the balloon you ordered was no longer in stock.
We immediately offered you an alternative (the gold balloon) and clearly indicated that we had 3 balloons available, while you preferred a larger quantity. You were therefore aware of the limited stock.
The following morning after your message, we canceled your order and issued a full refund. As also stated in our emails, we have a response time of up to two working days. In your case, we acted as quickly as possible to resolve this properly for you.
