Fantastic company!!!
I bought the grey pod with pink lining and waffle bedding and a rocking stand its absolutely beautiful. When I first ordered it by mistake I ordered blue instead of pink so I emailed them, they immediately replied and made it so easy to return and get the pink one delivered.

Ordered a tricycle for my 3 year old…
Ordered a tricycle for my 3 year old grandaughter in her favourite colour. Arrived within a few days. Was easy to assemble and she was so excited when she seen it especially in her favourite colour. She got on it and it was perfect for her. She was able to cycle immediately as pedals were reachable. It stayed in my house for a day or two but her mum had to come and collect because she wanted it. She loves it. Easy assembly and great bargain. Would highly recommend it.

Incorrect information
My question regarding the measurements of an item was quickly answered so I proceeded to order knowing it would fit. It arrived in a few days but unfortunately it did not fit because the information I had been given was inaccurate. It would have been perfect but now it is no good at all, wasting time and money.
I have been trying to get in contact with the company but have had no success.

I’m so glad i went for FYLO!!
I’m so glad i went for FYLO, as the buggy is truly world class - so smooth and when it says Cruiser, they actually mean it! The baby loves riding in the buggy - and the most important aspect for us was whether it shall fit into the car boot - it is so easy to fold with just a click of a couple of levers and folds perfectly to be carried around. The weight is not too much either. Overall, highly recommend as it comes at a great price!

Purchased a present for the Mrs from here and it was the only place where it was actually £50 cheaper than the original retailer and even John Lewis! Really happy with the purchase!

100x50cm cot sheets not true to size
Ordered 4 lots of 100x50cm fitted cot sheet for a 100x50cm cot mattress, was very disappointed to find they do not fit the words correctly, but the length fits perfectly, cannot find a way to return my order either
