I would never order anything from this…
I would never order anything from this company again. I have sent two requests to them requesting my money back for not receiving my item (I paid for the next day delivery service) that was 1 week ago.
They use the courier Evri and they claim they have delivered my item. This courier company cannot produce the photographic evident to support this. They only seem to be contactable via online and not by telephone.

Good quality & great price for car seat & isofix
We are really pleased with the quality of the car seat & isofix for the price. The only issue we had was initially the wrong isofix for the car seat was delivered but when we contacted the company via WhatsApp we got a quick response and resolution. The correct isofix was despatched the same day & return of the incorrect isofix arranged. We were very impressed with the customer service.

Great footmuff exactly what I needed for my 6 month old, I was worried it wouldn’t fit one of the older model silver cross prams (surf) as I’ve had this pram 8 years and using it now with my 2nd child but it fits perfectly and great for the winter months very cosy and warm!

returns policy
I enquired on WhatsApp what the correct size mattress would be for my Moses basket I purchased however when it arrived I realised it was the wrong size. I went to go arrange a return to find out that they won’t accept my return because it’s out of the packet and even if they did accept my return they deduct £10! So I’ve wasted my money on a product that I was told would be correct by the company themselves

Terrible product
Terrible product. I brought a white moses basket with rocking stand. Nothing fits properly at all. Plastic bars are to big and the moses basket slides. No holes to fit hood and the screws won't go through the basket. Am having to buy a different one. Do not buy this product. Very disappointing
