I have been going to Laura for over a year now for laser tattoo removal at Forza. Laura is excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable and I am seeing results from each session. Laser tattoo removal - Laura
I am having laser tattoo removal with Laura at Forza Private Clinic Birmingham (two leg sleeves, a large stomach and rib tattoo). The professionalism and honesty in consultation with Forza is unique. In this situation it can be easy to seek out less ethical practices who make guarantees and tell you exactly what they KNOW you want to hear (I have experienced this at other places before I consulted with Forza).
I went with Forza because they gave me a proper assessment of my situation without false promises. Leaving I felt hopeful for the first time that I would receive a service that would provide optimal results FOR ME (results will vary person to person as they explain in consultation). Being fully informed on aftercare and how to maximise my results enabled me to trust the process.
The communication style I have with Laura gives me the confidence to be able to ask questions as and when I may need to throughout each stage of the process. To feel comfortable in a process that can feel revealing / vulnerable is extremely important for me.
This journey has also coincided with a close family members illness and passing. Laura acted as a friend to me when I would come in for my appointments, genuinely asking after me and my family. Laura to the core is a professional and her level of knowledge is beyond that of anywhere else I have been. Above all however she is a kind person who strives for the best outcomes at all times for her clients in every respect.
My results so far have been better than I could have expected, given how dark and extensive my tattoos were. Everyone who I have shown my results to have been totally shocked. No scaring, no reactions, proper aftercare and assessment of changes in medical history before each session. In just a few appointments some areas are hardly visible at all and the blue no longer visible. I couldn’t be happier with my progress, because the tattoos had become such a slight to my confidence. I would be completely covered at all times, my legs not having seen the light of day for years! I’m now reaching my goals with quicker and better outcomes than I could’ve hoped for.
I have had allot of help with my acne following my initial skin consultation with Forza. There is no hard sell. No force to buy anything. No being pushed into unnecessary treatments that wouldn’t be effective for me. With Forza you do not get an umbrella service, everything is tailored towards your specific needs. The knowledge I have gained has allowed me to create a whole new routine which is perfect for my skin type (combination, acne prone, fluctuating eczema/irritated skin). When my skin flares up with acne I use a range of Obagi products. I always purchase with Forza so that I can source safe and legitimate products. I have myself in the past fallen fowl of fakes that I purchased online from ‘American companies’ before I started with Forza.
The team at Forza are all welcoming and genuinely lovely. They get to know you and your hot drink order.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

SCAM CLINIC - STAY AWAY.
I spent nearly £4,000 on Cosmelan treatment at Forza Clinic over 1.5 years with zero results. Miss Laura privately assured me my pigmentation would be completely removed, which proved to be untrue. When no improvement occurred—despite me strictly following all advice (including stopping golf)—the blame was shifted first to my skin type and later to hormonal imbalance. When I expressed dissatisfaction, I was simply told I had signed a consent form stating results are not guaranteed.
I was also pressured to buy products only from the clinic at inflated prices, despite the same genuine products being available online for much less. I was warned they would take no responsibility if I purchased elsewhere. Miss Laura claimed the creams were stored in temperature-controlled conditions, which I later saw was false.
When I requested a review, I was told the only option was to pay another £1,000+ for a second Cosmelan treatment. When I declined, Miss Laura refused to give me an appointment.
They make big promises, take your money, and then shift responsibility when results don’t happen. This clinic preys on vulnerable people and is not worth the cost or stress. Don’t become another victim.

We strongly refute the allegation that our clinic operates dishonestly or misleads patients.
Cosmelan is a medical-grade depigmentation treatment. As with all aesthetic and medical procedures, outcomes vary between individuals and are never guaranteed. This was clearly discussed during consultation and confirmed within signed consent documentation prior to treatment.
Over the course of treatment, we provided eight face-to-face review appointments over an extended period, none were chargeable. When dissatisfaction was expressed, we continued to offer further in-clinic reviews and provided a complimentary treatment in effort to support and enhance the overall outcome. We provided these as part of our commitment to patient care, not because they were contractually required.
We documented clinical improvement in your hyperpigmentation throughout the treatment process. While we acknowledge that 100% removal was your desired outcome, full clearance cannot be guaranteed and is not always clinically achievable, particularly in cases where pigmentation is deeper set within the skin. During consultation, we would have explained that deeper pigmentation can respond differently and may require a longer treatment pathway compared to more superficial cases.
As standard protocol for all depigmentation treatments, patients are advised to avoid direct sun exposure to reduce stimulation of melanocyte activity and support results. This forms part of routine aftercare guidance for any pigmentation-based treatment.
When internal or hormonal influences are present, they can also impact how pigmentation responds. Identifying and discussing these factors forms part of responsible clinical assessment, not a shift in responsibility.
All Cosmelan products supplied by our clinic are genuine and sourced directly from authorised distributors.
Advising patients to purchase through the clinic ensures authenticity, appropriate storage, and correct aftercare guidance, which is standard professional practice.
A second Cosmelan treatment was offered at a significantly reduced fee as a further option. This was declined. We could not responsibly recommend any other clinically appropriate treatment options at that time.
We categorically reject claims of false promises, misconduct, or unethical behaviour. All consultations, communications, and documentation relating to this case are retained.
