Purchased a bag but didn’t got it/ refund received after 1 month/ they are still writing to remove my review, lying and committing data protection breach… shame on you forzieri/ threatening

I have purchased a bag on the 07 of April and at the same date the order was shown as handed over to the shipping company. Since than there are no other infos or updates, I have contacted many times the customer service which is telling the same and the same again, we need time to investigate… As there is 1/5 week since I ordered obviously the delivery time mentioned on the website wasn’t honored and I requested to be refunded, the resolution was the same, claiming they cannot refund until they do not locate the shipment…what a customer experience, such a shame, I requested by my bank to investigate the issue and recharge this website. I won’t buy again or suggest anyone to purchase from this site.

Today 22/04 I reported the case to the Italian Union of customer protection and to the European customers protection, let’s see how long will it take now until I receive back my money. They don’t even reply to my calls anymore, nice job Forzieri, hope you will be paying the biggest penalty what the law enforcers to learn how to handle customers, cause this is not the right way!

After 1 month of waiting got refunded and after another month they are bagging me to remove my review on TP

P.S. very professional data confidentially by posting my personal address here, will see how you handle a GDPR after I wrote you earlier to delete all my data!!!

GDPR compliance data protection breach reported to DPA, as you didn’t put me in contact (as I asked you) with any of you data protection officer or manager after posting my address here! Hopefully after facing this situation and the legal penalties you won’t post ever again your customers private data!!!

Good people don’t assume the risk to land in my shoes and buy somewhere else, instead of this retailer. Forzieri the same data breach with the address posting is in one of the reviews from 25 January and you still act and try to seam ok? Shame on you again!

We'd like to respond to customer.

We shipped the order via Spring to the following address in Romania as requested from him

Tracking Z9630140788.

As it can be seen on Spring online tracking, package never made it to the customer. We opened an investigation with Spring and shortly they will refund us for this.

Still, we anticipated refund to customer, in date May 9th, on his Visa credit card.

We always replied to all the emails he sent, proofs are available on request.

Amazing site and service

I found the boots I had wanted for ages on this site and at a fantastic price. Delivery was a little slow, but they were coming from Italy, so I expected this. I was kept updated on every step of the delivery and I received them in good time. I absolutely love the boots! And the price was amazing. This will be the first site I come to from now on! Efficient and professional service.

I recently ordered a tote bag from Forzieri and my experience was very good. I had to wait a short time for the item to be re-stocked but I was kept informed at all times about this. Once it was in stock it took less than a week to arrive in Australia.A very positive experience.

I purchased an Italian leather bracelet…

I purchased an Italian leather bracelet from Forzeiri which regrettably needed to be returned. The manner in which this was dealt with was First class. Despite there being difficulties at the Italian Customs point, the staff at Forzeiri resolved the issue and returned my bracelet to me.
First class Customer experience.

I told Forzieri NOT to ship the bag. They ignored me and shipped it telling me to pay customs etc to return it

I ordered a handbag from them on 13th December, after 5 weeks I still hadn’t received the bag even though I was told delivery would be 3-5 days!
I rang them numerous times to ask when I would get it. I was given three different dates and never got it. I sent emails and rang them, eventually I said I don’t want the bag now it’s been too long and asked for a refund. They refused me a refund and said they were going to ship it to me and I would have to return it to them and pay the customs fee!!! The fee would be 20% of the cost of the bag which would be £56 plus postage.
I am furious and would advise anyone not to buy from them.
I have taken a dispute with my credit card company against Forzieri and they are investigating.

When you requested cancellation order was already being processed from our logistics, reason why cancellation couldn't take place.

Package has been shipped out via Royal Mail, tracking QR989699890GB, to your address as requested from you.

You should receive it shortly. If, once received, you do not wish to keep it, you can contact us and we'll provide you with a FedEx prepaid label. Return shipping is on us (therefore free for you), while re-entry to Italy duties and customs will be on you, as clearly indicated on our site.

Kindly also note that we prepay 20% UK VAT when we deliver order to you in UK, so, I would say there is nothing shocking.

Item well packaged and exactly as shown…

Item well packaged and exactly as shown on the pictures…despite of few issues regarding the payment and the delivery, Alex B. was able to deliver a super friendly and superb customer service. I would highly recommend Forzieri and their products.

Resolved.

The issue with the refund is resolved and I will thank you for this.
Usually, Im am a not an irritable person. But sometimes a bunch of small problems is quite stressfull for body and soul.
You know the feeling, when you sit there, missing both money and that thing you wished a lot.
As I was right in my worries , I got confirmed that some other customers complain about the same problem: the item is not in stock and there is no warning; "shaking out" the answers from customer service and waiting for long for solutions/refund.
I hope you'll solve these problems. And I wish you Marry X-mas and happy New Year.

Slow Response

I ordered an Armani ring for my son for Christmas, after contacting them regarding a delivery date I was informed that it was not in stock but would be hopefully back in stock within 6 weeks. They did give me the option of canceling the order which I accepted but then received no further emails.
I emailed them a further 4 times with no response but eventually did receive a refund and confirmation of this.
Overall service was ok just slow in responding.

Silver Vespa Cufflinks

I ordered some cufflinks for a leaving gift and was thrilled with my purchase. Despite being out of stock in the warehouse at the time of order as soon as they were available they were shipped and arrived in just under a week. Eva was very friendly and helpful and the recipient was thrilled with his gift. 😊

Amazing Customer Service

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the leather luggage that I purchased and the prompt, friendly and efficient service that I received from Forzieri. i am always a little nervous when I purchase overseas, but Alex and Eva put me completely at ease. The luggage is BEAUTIFUL and they made every effort to make sure that it arrived in time for my vacation.

My experience was fantastic! I tried to order a dress but the 1st time it didn't go through. Alex Baronio reached out to me and made sure my dress got ordered & offered express shipping. I got my dress right away & the quality is great! My dress is absolutely beautiful!

Very happy customer

I cannot fault Forzieri; they answered a few questions I had about shipping instantly on live chat and the bag arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper and well wrapped against damage. It is even better than it looked on the website so I am very pleased.

Great until you need to return an item . I paid £208 and my refund was £148. How does postage and customs cost that much . Avoid at all costs unless you`re positive about your purchase .

Hello,
I’d like to respond to customer Jane from UK.
She placed the order #9053092 in date 22/04/2021, very same day it has been shipped out via FedEx, with free upgrade from standard (she chose and paid for 8£ economy shipping) to express, tracking 773516566174, she received in two business days at her address in UK.
Since Brexit, as indicated on our site, we do prepay in full UK VAT and import fees for our UK customers, so that they do not have any extra to pay on delivery.
Customer didn’t therefore pay anything on delivery.
Still she decided to return the order.
As clearly indicated on our return policy, return shipping costs from UK is on us and therefore free for customer, while re-entry to Italy VAT and import fees, in case of return, are on customer.
Such VAT and fees have been deducted from refund amount.
Customer was aware of this (it's clearly indicated on our return policy, link here below, accepted from her at the moment of the purchase), her comment is very dishonest and defamatory.
